Ordered my food at 8:02 said 30-35 min 9:30 food was still not here.I called they said out of there hands DoorDash issue called DoorDash they said they have there own delivery drivers. I canceled my order.

Throughly disappointed in this location... there was no wait staff, can order carry out and then eat in. The drink machine only had 3 options working, the restrooms were dirty, with no paper towels just napkins tucked into the holder. When I ordered food the cashier said we will bring it over to you, that never happened had to ask for my food 35 mins later. We got a pizza, a sub and a wrap. The pizza was good per tugos standard, the hoagie was dry and had zero flavor, the wrap was just mediocre at best. If you want tugos skip thos location and go to the main restaurant outside of OC.

the store manager here is amazing at what he does! (: everything was perfect, didn’t have to wait very long for delivery either! definitely will be coming back, and definitely recommend tugos to all my friends and family!!

Ordered on ubereats and just didn’t fulfill in any way. Said they were open late for food, waited an hour, and no response. Called uber eats and the store multiple times and still no response. Bad management to not just turn it off for the night. Don’t trust it for a quick delivery meal.

Everything about this place is bad, The service was awful, they immediately had an attitude the moment we stepped foot into the restaurant. All orders were placed on the same sheet of paper 2XL Chicken Cheesesteaks, A plate of Ziti, and 2 things of pizza. Adults orders were taken first but was claimed to be “forgotten” even one of the waiters claimed they were lying about forgetting our order. They fed the kids because neglecting them food would be wrong but why us? We didn’t do anything to deserve that and were nice to them from the moment they stepped in. Zero starsx
