On our way to Assateague, we stopped for sandwiches to enjoy on our arrival. What a disappointment.On menu was listed cheesesteak hoagie as well as Philadelphia cheeseteak. Simply ordered 2 cheesesteaks. Waitress did not clarify by asking which of the two I wanted but put in for 2 cheesesteak hoagies which were terrible. The shredded totally wilted lettuce and mayo-like spread were both awful and very messy. The hoagie portion totally took over making the cheesesteak taste totally lost. If I had wanted cheesesteak hoagies, I would have ordered them. If you have 2 similar items on your menu, it is up to whoever is taking the order to clarify your order to make sure you get what you ordered and paid for.

Waited 15 minutes for the waitress to even bring menus and take our drink order it was only us and 2 other tables the other waiter was just leaning against a empty table watching the football game I did ask our waitress if he worked there too she said yes so I asked why she was the only one waiting tables while he watches football she shrugged her shoulders we came for the auce boneless wings and cheese pizza but was told they are all out of boneless wings ended up paying 45 dollars for 4 slices of pizza and 12 wings was not allowed to go boxes for any left over will not be making that mistake again it would have been cheaper to buy a whole pizza and wings instead of the special for the amount we ate and wings have been able to take home our leftovers. Owner can't take criticism and thinks any negative review should be met with condescending replies instead of taking what people say into consideration especially when it comes to poor service from the employees

Was totally awesome and the pizza was delicious and we will be going back! I would recommend that y'all try it! We got a pizza half Hawaiian and the other half pepperoni and it was totally awesome perfect amount of sauce and toppings! Iced tea was good and my husband enjoyed his Coors light! I would recommend this place to others!
Parking: Just go and enjoy yourself! My husband came here in the late 80s and said it was great 😃 then and still is!

Najee was a great waitress. Ziti was delicious. And husband's "Boss Burger" was good. Beers were cold. Relaxing, cozy atmosphere. One of our regular go-tos. Pizza's also yummy.

Our servers name was Amanda and she was awesome. She was very attentive and friendly. She even took the time to have a friendly conversation with us. The veggie pizza was very good and the craft beer selection was awesome. I highly recommend this place and hopefuuly you get Amanda.

I was a faithful customer of Pizza Tugos in the 90’s. The service and food was top notch at that time. However on 10/22/24, of which was on a Tuesday in the off season, that past experience was tanked. I called in a delivery order at 5pm being only 3 miles from their location. At 6:30 pm I called back inquiring about our order. They claimed they had technical difficulties. At 7:24, after 2&1/2 hrs waiting for our order, we gave up waiting and went to a nearby restaurant. NEVER AGAIN FOR PIZZA TUGOS. And I do expect the owner to leave a nasty response to my review like he does to anyone that criticizes their establishment.

Said it would be here in 45-1 hr and it took them almost 2 hours for our food and messed up my order and didn’t put any of our sauces in the bag for our appetizers. No ranch for the fried pickles and no marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. Don’t recommend!
