Poor service and extended wait to receive food after ordering. Menu is average tavern food. Not going back. There have to be at least 100 better places in the Ocean City area.

We had a group of 25 people with only about 15 minutes notice before arriving. They accommodated us right away with a section to ourselves and provided 2 servers that worked in sync with each other. Our table ordered 2 large meat pizzas and boy were they packed with meat! Wow! One slice was enough to fill most people. The ping pong table was in our area which was perfect for a group of young competitive family members having come from a memorial for the patriarch of our family.

We had a large group of 7 adults, 5 children {ages 3 to 13}, and two babies under 5 months old. Choosing this location of Tugos was a huge mistake. We were seated at the very back of the restaurant, where the phrase “out of sight-out of mind applied”. It took more than 10 minutes to get water, and another 10-15 minutes to get drinks. The food service was slow, as were all requests for ketchup, drink refills, and even the check. The time from when we were seated until we requested the check was approximately an hour and 30 minutes. With the babies on a feeding schedule and kids yelling that they are hungry, this time period was accurate. By the time we were done, tensions were running high. I explained this to the server and asked for a discount. The waitress asked the bartender, a younger woman with a number of tattoos, who immediately disputed the wait time. She denied my request, which was fine, but her rudeness was unacceptable. She was clearly wrong about the time we had waited and displayed an incredibly rude attitude. Her final comment was to leave a review on this website if we were not happy, before abruptly leaving. Her attitude was unacceptable. My husband and I have been to Tugos many times, and were satisfied until this visit. This is supported by the fact we took our family there. No more, as this was the last visit. My husband felt sorry for the server and left a tip, but I would not have. An extremely unpleasant experience that stayed with the entire family for the rest of the day.

Nice tasting, flatbread pizzas. Small portions, service was great.
Food was ok but not worth the money. Drink menu was nothing but beer and could not understand it. Server did not even get me a pen to sign the check guess she did not want a tip. Would not recommend it.

Ordered food for delivery and then an hour later called and asked for an update they then said they won’t deliver to us and was argumentative on the phone. Terrible customer service and experience

Tugos pizza is my favorite pizza in Maryland, and Tugos bartenders Ryan and Dan are the best around. I stop in for the pizza, the atmosphere, and the great service and company of Ryan and Dan.
