I wanted to eat pizza from you and walked to your store passing 25streets in a walk, but when I was there you were closed. It was awful. Poor customer service. Family member has a food allergy and was told by an employee the ingredients are kept secret per the owner. No corporate number provided to call to ask. Have to speak to a recording first and then a call center to place an order.

I ordered two slices of grandfather pizza. I handed the man a $20 dollar bill and gave me change. He then proceeded to get the two slices of pizza with his bare hands and placed it on a tray to the oven to reheat. I asked if touching food with bare hands was a normal procedure, he said yes since it went inside the oven to re-heat...LOL! I asked for his name and he said Alec or Alex (European accent) with a beard. It was late and didn't want any confrontation so I took the pizza and chucked it in the trash. The owner should train this employee with proper food handling procedures. I don't mind you touching the pizza BUT please wash your hands. Eat at your own risk!

I tried Pizza Tugo in OCMD for the first time today. I had seen their name quite a bit over the years. They were as fast as the cartoon delivery people and extremely friendly and professional. I ordered a large cheese pizza and a Philly cheesesteak hoagie. They said my order would be delivered within an hour, but it was more like 15 minutes even though they were 17 streets from my hotel. I have never had that fast of delivery ever and especially not at 5:00 at a resort!I feel bad for saying this because everyone was so great, but the pizza was WAY too salty for me personally, maybe because of too much Parmesan cheese and hardly any sauce. However, if thats the way they make their pizza, that's their right! The crust was cracker thin and crispy, which I like, but also a little salty for my personal taste. I LOVE pizza and could have it for ever meal and am a retired Accountant, so that was the first time in my entire life that I had one piece of pizza and discarded the rest.The Philly cheesesteak hoagie was PACKED with meat and only $7.99, but it also was a little salty for me and the flavors didn't really mesh, possibly due to my selection of toppings. It was a little too salty for me and I ate half and discarded the other half. Philly cheesesteak is sliced beef, grilled onions and mushrooms "wit wiz". Disappointing, but maybe it was just my personal preferences.

Terrible service rude drivers that dont listen to direction when some one who has a disabled person living with them and they ask you to come up a ramp the least you can do is not argue back or call them a liar that they didnt paid for there food because you didnt grab the right receipt and dont tell someone a half hour when its over an hour to deliver

It was a stormy, cruddy night and we wanted something quick and yummy to eat in our hotel room, we've tried 3 different pizza places in Ocean City in the past and have been very disappointed. But this pizza was delicious! Thin, crispy crust with a yummy sauce! The delivery was fast and the food arrived hot! Even with the gale force winds happening outside! It was the perfect late night dinner! Thanks Tugos?

On 2-11-2022 my husband & I were visiting Ocean City. We decided to order delivery. We ordered a meatball sub, Philly cheese steak, garden salad. Delivery was ok. Driver masked, on time etc. That was the only good thing. The meatballs were mushy, strange taste. Cheese steak was soaked in grease. Salad had huge slabs of carrots & cucumbers but no plastic ware. The entire meal was inedible. Multiple calls to restaurant only resulted in being put on eternal hold. This was the worse dining experience I have ever had in all the years I have been coming Ocean City

We literally just ordered pizza from here an hour ago and it’s great. They arrived fast and the pizza was still hot when the driver got here. I definitely recommend getting pizza from this place!! My husband says the grilled chicken is very good and clean.
We ordered four pizzas. One small cheese. Online. For delivery. We ordered and paid for three 2x the pepperoni. We got three large and one small cheese pizzas. The first gentleman we talked to said yes we ordered that. The manager comes on and says he can’t see that we ordered it. They would not make it right. Had the mistake been the system…ok. But the first worker said he saw it online. The manager lied and said he did not. Ridiculous. Do not get taken advantage of. Go elsewhere. We order here very often. No longer. What a shame. Almost a hundred dollars an order.

Worst place ever. They take advantage of people they think are tourists. It was later in the evening and my husband and I walked to go get a pizza. First they charged us $27 for a SMALL pizza and then they put about a pound of onions on it. Would not recommend, pizza sucked too.

Trust me when I tell you one of THE worst in our area. Different prices literally every time you order. Order a large pizza get charged for a large pizza but get a medium. This place is disgusting health department should probably show them a visit honestly.
