Not rude staff, rude assistant manager, Kiki. Ordered three chicken parm on wraps, which we have done several times before. She called me, ”let me explain to you what you ordered…this is a sub shop, normally items are put on a roll” when I told her we ordered it before and it wasn’t a problem she got even more of an attitude and told me “well I will make the sandwich but it is going to fall apart” Told her to cancel order because honestly with how bad her attitude...read full review
