Got fish and chips to go. Fish had no taste. I’ve had better fish at a diner than this.

Was a guest staying here. Tried calling to place an order. Number didn’t work. Walked downstairs with 2 of my children to place an order at the front desk. Was told to go to the bar section to place my to go order. BTW also asked for their number in case I needed to place an order in the future as we were there for a week and mentioned that the number listed online didn't work as it routed me to the hotel. They told me to go online and find the number. That should have told me something in hindsight. Well walked up to the bar as instructed with only 1 couple seated at the bar and was immediately told I couldn’t be serviced because I had my 2 kids with me. I asked if I could just place the to go order and walk my kids back upstairs and return to pick it up. Of course, the gentleman refused. Went back to the front desk. Asked for the manager who simply said oh I will go talk to him .No offer to make things right or even take my order Afterall he was there when I first walked to the front desk to first attempt to place an order with my 2 kids . Well, there are so many restaurants in town to be treated like this. No wonder the restaurant was empty. Not to talk about the fact that the carousel is outdated and a rip off.

Nice ambiance i love ocean view, has a nice outdoor bar area and karoake sometimes. I like their AYCE crab legs and shrimp with fries hushpuppies and corn. You get your money's worth after 5 refills they cut you off though 2 clusters each refill and a handful of shrimp. No refill on corn or hush puppies.

Food was good, for AYCE. Until it wasn't. Waiter on the third plate brought out some soggy water dripping out crab legs. Cracked em, meat almost completely gone. Tossed and asked for another. Just barely better. Asked for the bill. Waiter handed it to me and then proceeded to take the order of 24 people he just sat next to my family of four. Complete chaos. Thank god they had an arcade for the kids to play, while we waited and our table was cleared around us.

Had AYC crab legs came with hushpuppies, corn,fries and shrimp. Brought right to table no lines. Very freindly professional waiters snd staff. Great meal. Beach front. Free parking.

Drinks took 20 minutes to come out. Fries had no flavor. Shrimp come out raw and had to send it back and it took 10 minutes to come back out. The waiter did not smell the best. Service at McDonald’s is better. No refills ever and there was also no water refills ever. Asked for wings and they told me they had no chicken wings but some how had every other kind of chicken. Got the wrong salad dressing. The food is not worth the price I do not recommend this place ever.

If I could give zero stars I would. We arrived promptly at our reservation and were sat right away despite the servers being frazzled at our large party. Our waiter was friendly and tried his best with little training he seemed to have. Our food took over an hour to come out even with the restaurant being empty. Some people in our party did not receive some of their food they ordered and when we mentioned it to the manager he had nothing to say. We split the checks and it took another 30 minutes to complete our payments due to the waiter having an issue with the computer. He asked the manager for help and he turned around and walked away. He did not help the waiter at all or come over to our table to offer condolences or rectify anything. All the waiters were drowning and he was ZERO help to them. We will not be back.

Caezar was our bartender and he was great. Great conversation and amazing drinks and service. Will definitely be back and hopefully Caezar is there!

Can't tell you the quality of the food because we didn't get to try it. Atmosphere looked very nice. Service was absolutely horrible. Nasty lady working the seating area. They closed early and didn't care that people we still showing up. Asked to speak with a manager and she just stormed off like a child and never returned. It's a shame we have eaten there a bunch. But they want to close early and turn multiple families away, and be rude about. I highly suggest not waisting your time.

The Easter buffet was plentiful, everything fresh, and a nice outdoor view. Staff was very attentive and overall a pleasant experience.

All you can eat crab legs were amazing!! For 2 hours we got as many refills as we want, it was a treat! The atmosphere inviting, the staff friendly and great! We will sure be back!

Steak was under cooked, 1st delivery of snow crabs were ice cold. 2nd delivery the shrimp was raw, not undercooked but raw. They feed you a lot of potatoes first so you get full , onion soup the cheese wasn’t melted.
