Three of the four items we ordered were good, but the blue raspberry italian ice did not taste at all like blue raspberry. Everyone knows blue tastes like “blue.” This tasted like chemicals and cotton candy. When i brought it to the attention of staff thinking maybe i was served the wrong flavor i was told it was indeed the blue raspberry. As i had only taken one bite and could not muster another, i asked to swap it for a different flavor. I was told no. I had to purchase...
Ive never really had a problem with ritas ever. I love their Italian ice and everything they serve really. The workers are always nice and even though the lines tend to be extremely long and the prices are high, its worth it.
Been coming here for years! They always have my favorite flavors root beer and cotton candy. Service is quick even when there’s a line. I typically only get Italian ice but this time I added custard and got a gelati, only a $1 up charge. Totally worth it. You can tell them how to stack your custard and ice. Fully customizable so don’t be shy and try new things each time.
