this is my favorite dinner spot in ocean city, md hands down!!! have come for the last two summers, this past summer was for my honeymoon! all of the food was delicious and the views are stunning 🤩 the only thing was my crab cake sandwich said it would be on a potato roll and it was a regular roll 🄲 still yummy though!!!

Been there three times for dinner and two other times for happy hour. The location and view on the bay is terrific. Love the beach area on the bay. In the dining room it's so loud you will feel like you are eating in a high school gymnasium. The food is just ok and overpriced. Nothing has stood out yet. I want to love this place but understand you are going for the view, not the food or prices. Stick to happy hour.

I have to say the food was good a bit overpriced for the portion size. I ordered the scallops and I have to somewhat agree with a previous review. There were only three shrimp and three scallops with succotash and some bits of crab meat that were the size of the Lima beans but did not offer much taste. However, the scallops and shrimp were very tasty and the sauce drizzled on them was very good. The dish was on a smaller than normal size dinner plate and somewhat filled the center of the plate. I would suggest taking out the crab since it didn’t offer any taste and adding potatoes or rice and another shrimp and scallop to make it more appealing and not so bland and worth the $38 price. We got the jambalaya, which was a smaller size but very tasty portion. We also got the oysters Rockefeller which was good but only 4 med and small size oysters. Maybe they’re still figuring out the menu. I would give them another shot in the summer, the atmosphere was nice and the outdoor space looked like a fun spot. Our waiter was very nice and he did a wonderful job.

My husband and I recently had our wedding ceremony and reception at Saltwater 75. We worked with Danielle, their General Manager, and she was wonderful throughout the process. We even met the owner, Chris, who was a pleasure. The staff on the day of our event were amazing as well. My husband and I specifically had Laurie as a waitress and she took such great care of us throughout the evening. The food and drinks were incredible. The main comment from our guest was how much they loved everything from the drinks to the appetizers and the options we had for the main course. Whether you’re looking for a venue to host an event like we did or just looking for a place to dine or grab a drink, Saltwater 75 is definitely the place to go.

Everything was delicious from start to finish. The best orange crush I’ve had so far this weekend. Tried the seafood trio for an appetizer and the tuna, shrimp, and lobster salad were all amazing. My husband got the seafood bisque and it was also very flavorful, so good he had to make me try it as well. Entrees were good, and the Christmas cocktail list was great too (I had the sugar cookie martini for dessert). Service was attentive, all food came out correctly, I don’t have one single complaint. Will definitely return!

1st time there, my wife and I enjoyed the atmosphere , the service and the food was some of the best we ever had in Ocean city. The nicest surprise was we made a mistake on our vegetable order and thought the waitress did it. We complained and had to retract our mistake right away but the manager still sent us a bowl of the vegetables. So we plan to return there our next time in OC. What a great end to a wonderful experience.

Beautiful restaurant with exceptional views. Terrible food. I had never returned an entree before but found it inedible. The replacement entree was fair.

After 3rd year, they got it right!! If you've tried them before early on after they reopened, and didn't work for you, try them again now. We weren't disappointed this time during off-season October. For being low staffed, please šŸ™ have patience, and enjoy your food here. Try them again. Delicious 😊 Thanks šŸ˜‰ DTM DanTheMan Johnson

My husband and I were deeply disappointed with our highly anticipated dining experience at Saltwater 75. It’s down the street from our condo and finally had a chance to try it this past weekend. We sat outside by the water with sand between our toes. The moon was over us, Great atmosphere! The waitress was attentive and very sweet. We ordered seafood bisque, and it was very salty, and bitter on the back end. It just didn’t taste like fresh seafood. My husband ordered the scallop dish with shrimp and crab succotash —scallops were small and only 3 pieces, both the scallops and shrimp were way over cooked. The succotash —let’s just say, nothing to write home about.
We also ordered jambalaya. This was the worst Jambalaya we ever had Anywhere. I wish I took a picture of the dish so you can see it for yourself. It looked like they just dumped a whole can of stewed tomatoes on top of the bowl that was filled with half mushy rice, bits of sausages and shrimp. The presentation was god awful!! But the taste was worse. It was salty as hell. No jambalaya gravy sauce. How could a restaurant that looks and charges like an upscale place deliver such awful food, Taste, presentation or otherwise??? I tried not to complain and eat it but I honestly couldn’t. I told the waitress, who was super sweet, how bad the food was. Needless to say, I didn’t eat my food. They offered me to order something else but I didn’t. I lost faith in their cook/chef in the kitchen. Now, here’s the cherry on top. We were going to get some ice scream afterwards, but that was halted by my husband not feeling well. We rushed back to the condo and everything he had just eaten came out. He was in and out of the bathroom for an hour and a half. I will leave it to your imagination. We are so disappointed with this restaurant. The quality of their food on every level definitely didn’t reflect what they were charging, let alone the 4.3 stars on Google. I read another review about jambalaya exactly the way I experienced it. The only thing good thing was the ambiance outdoors and the service. Sadly we will not be returning for food. And that’s too bad bc we are literally down the street and hoped that this would be our go to place when friends come to visit. I think that they need to take a good hard look at the unqualified cooks in the back. — very disappointed first time customer.

We loved sitting at a table on a sandy beach-like area, overlooking the bay. My chicken salad sandwich was tasteless. Okay beer selection and other menu options. The happy hour looks good. I'll go back when I return.

The food was really bad. Salmon cooked in a turbo chef? Get a grill or take it off the menu! Shrimp was raw. Cook your own shrimp to order, not precooked out of a bad. Burger had no flavor. It was not grilled! Will not be returning. One and done. 35 years in the food industry.

We went to the bar this evening for drinks. This place was so relaxing and we sat at 1 of 3 bars outside by the beach. Both drinks were amazing we really enjoyed sitting by the fire and watching the sunset. We will definitely be back before we go home during this trip
