Solid breakfast place. Good service, good food. Definitely checks the box, especially if you don’t want to wait in line. Didn’t take long to receive food. Would recommend!

Satellite Cafe: A Once-Beloved Tradition Now Ruined I Boardwalk location attached to the Howard Johnson

For the past 25 years, Satellite Cafe has been a cherished part of my annual vacation to Ocean City, MD. Unfortunately, my recent visit under the new management was nothing short of disappointing.

The menu changes were the first red flag. One of my favorite dishes, the Spanish omelette, was completely removed. Many of the remaining dishes were either unrecognizable or drastically altered. The food that was served was underwhelming and completely lacked flavor. It was clear they were skimping on ingredients and cutting corners.

The sausages, which were once real, plump, and large links, are now little twigs that were dry and tasteless. The orange juice was putrid and horrid-tasting—an unforgivable offense for a place that used to pride itself on freshness. To make matters worse, the half and half served with my coffee was curdled, adding to the overall disappointing experience.

Sadly, nothing good lasts forever. Satellite Cafe has lost its charm and quality, and I will not be returning. If you’re looking for a place that values tradition and flavor, this is no longer it.

Owners (Chef ) is great guy , Kid working is awesome, Good Food & Quick Service , Positive attitude towards customers , They go extra mile to fulfill customers request , Great Location and easy excess from our room , pool & Beach , This is perfect !!! Thanks Guys
