I've been here several times and never had a bad experience. The lasagna is excellent. Papardelle Bolognaise very good. There was so much sauce my companion and I ate all the pasta and between the two of us there was a full quart of sauce left over for us to take home and I froze it for another time. Great value. Service always efficient and friendly.

Sauce is terrible. Pasta is really overcooked. The middle of my lasagna was warmed slightly. My husband’s bolognese was swimming in sauce that had some meat in it. It was so acidic and sugary at the same time. The only redeeming thing was the Caesar salad and bread. Service was great. It feels like a restaurant in a casino.

The bread and Caesar salad were great. The pasta, on the other hand, was overcooked and not very flavorful. The lasagna was cool in the middle and very sloppy and mushy. Everything was covered in way too much sauce, and the sauce was very acidic. The red wines that we had by the glass were also very average. All in all, not worthy of a return trip. Definitely not what we think of when we think of authentic Italian food.

Very nice and clean bar and restaurant. Probably the best Italian food in the area. I've been to all of them.

I took my wife here for dinner. I got the pasta with bolongnese and my wife got veal saltimboca. The veal was good. Her peas were under cooked. My meal was average at best. I only cane here because restaurante antipasta was closed until February and this place was rated .1 higher. BIG MISTAKE!!! I should of gone to Carrabbas instead. I will never return to this restaurant again. Restaurante antipasta is 1,000 % better then here believe me.

Ask my wife, I'm not huge on Italian food. I mean, why people love pasta so much is beyond me because unless you add butter or garlic or sauce or SOMETHING, pasta tastes like pretty much nothing. But, at Sello's here, I got the Salmon Tuscano. It comes with rigatoni pasta and asparagus. Little did I know that the buds of my tongue would do a little happy dance when eating it.My wife is a top-notch maker of Bolognese. Like, really good. So she ordered the Papardelle alla Bolognese. It comes with homemade wide ribbon pasta. But the problem with being so good at making Bolognese is anything else just isn't good. While she enjoyed having the homemade pasta, she overall didn't enjoy the meal because of the Bolognese. She said it tasted more like a regular tomato sauce because they didn't brown it. I'm not a cook, so I'm not sure what the means. You'll need to ask her.The atmosphere is like an Italian restaurant from the old country. Table placement is a little close so maneuvering around is tight. The service was good, though our server was somewhat slow to respond. I think she had quite a few tables she was covering.Overall, I'm not sure I'd go here if in Ocean City again, but I think I can confidently say that if you like Italian food, you'll like this place.
