Unfortunately it was a weekday and they didn't have our first choice bagel. They also forgot to give us a banana we had paid for.

Just witnessed, while waiting for my order, a staff member petting a dog and then immediately go and pull bagels for orders without washing their hands.

Normally when they have vegan options they get it right, but this morning I am highly disappointed. First they wouldn't let me get a side of the vegan cream cheese even thou they had it. Then when I get my order I randomly pull out one of the bagel orders and it was made correctly so I leave (again normally their isn't an issue) drive back with breakfast for everyone and my vegan kid starts eating his bagel and I realize there is mystery meat on it. I don't know if it's vegan sausage or regular. Tried to call to and let them know what was going on and there are no phone numbers found for this location so I'm leaving a review now. They weren't even busy I walked in and was first in line so it's not like they can try blame being busy

There should be an option not to leave a star, maybe a -1? Worst service and food ever! Staff needs to be retrained as they clearly could give zero craps about how to treat a customer. You have the staff talking about customers loud enough for everyone to hear. Slamming people’s food at the pick up counter as if it were a giant inconvenience to make your food. Receiving your food with cream cheese all over the paper bag. I wish that cream cheese actually made it to my bagel… If this is how this place is being run, avoid at all costs. There’s no way I’d ever go back even out of sheer desperation. Food was completely awful and for the amount they charge on food, it should at least be made well enough for you to provide a tip that they so demand. Nope, absolutely horrible. Avoid being a vegan, ordering food, doing anything that causes a major inconvenience for the staff to do their jobs, also avoid those hash browns that are the equivalent of eating Sandy, gritty bites.

I won't come back 4.20 "great number"!! for a bagel with cream cheese I paid cash I got shorted when I got my change the bagel was good but their was next to no cream cheese on the bagel next tine ill be going to dunkin donuts now I know why this place was empty on a Sunday a.m

I asked to get my food warmed up 3 times just a simple ham egg and cheese bagel was still cold. The home fries are awful and undercooked the service is terrible and no one speaks English all kids from Eastern Europe, not their fault it's a management issue hire someone who knows what their doing.
The place is cute with booths and prices reasonable, But our order of 3 Bagel sandwiches was made poorly. One included items we specifically asked NOT to have multiple times. The other 2 were so excessively smeared with cream cheese, it was all over the wrapper, the bag, and covering the outside of the bagel. It was impossibly messy to eat with hands on the go and made the bagels soggy. Ended up throwing 2 of our 3 sandwiches away. Check your order before you leave.

I was really looking forward to trying Shmagel's Bagels in Ocean City, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We ordered four bagel sandwiches and a side of hash browns, but they messed up two of the sandwiches—one came with sausage instead of bacon, and another was missing cheese entirely. To top it off, they forgot to include the hash browns in our order. The eggs in the sandwiches were rubbery, like they'd been sitting in a warmer for too long. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place. The quality and attention to detail just weren't there.
