Our second Shmagels location and the first ones toaster was broken, now this one has no cold coffee. No sign, no nothing. Just waiting on line for 30 mins for no reason after we just did the same at the first location.

I ordered a black coffee and waited over 15 minutes. When I went to ask them when the coffee was coming, he told me he didn’t know. This place is understaffed and in the 20 minutes I was there I didn’t see anyone get served anything. I’d highly recommend not going here or that they hire more people. The cashier also told me he didn’t know how to give me a refund for my coffee.

The staff here were kind, but unfortunately everything else was a letdown. Major letdown. My mom ordered a chive bagel that had almost no flavor… it was bland, and honestly, all of the bagels we tried seemed completely saltless. The egg and cheese sandwich came with rubbery eggs that were hard to enjoy. They were not fresh and were probably cooked in a microwave or pre cooked. On top of that, they served French toast strips but didn’t give us any syrup. For a bagel shop, the basics just weren’t there. Sadly, this was one of the worst bagel experiences we’ve had.i will never go back.

Kind of mid, it seemed like the eggs and bacon on the bagels I got were microwaved? It was convenient to the hotel I was staying at. I'd probably give it a second try, some of the other menu items looked good.

We loved shmagels bagels! Finding vegan breakfast options is often difficult or not very tasty but they crushed it! We went back for a second visit while in OCMD! Our kids loved the regular breakfast sandwiches so much they want to know why we don’t have a shmagels bagels at home. Definitely recommend this spot!

My boyfriend and I were thrilled to hear that Rosenfeld Deli partnered with Shmagel’s for a popup from August to October, and stopped by today for some lunch. Not only were our Ruben’s and latkes delicious (and exactly as we remembered) but the service was spectacular. Could not recommend more- thank you so much for a fantastic lunch!
So delicious. The vegan options rock! I got vegan bacon vegan egg and vegan cheese on an everything bagel and it was so good. They also had a vegan cream cheese special which was good too. Nice to see so many vegan options at the beach and especially vegan specials too! Staff was really friendly. Spent less than $50 on 10 customized bagels and it took them less than 10 minutes to prepare. Quick, easy, and yummy!

Need to work on the service organization. There was quite a bit of confusion behind the counter. The bagels were worth the wait! Loved the everything bagel and vegan cheese!!!

Just not a good bagel. If your from ny don’t go here, you’ll be extremely disappointed. The bagels just tasted weird, I ate half then threw it away. They remind me a lot of a store bought bagel like Thomas bagels but worse. Maybe this is Maryland bagels? I don’t know but I’ll stick to pancakes down here and maybe bring my bagels down with me. Decent speed service and store was spacious with seating. Also had knishes which was cool but didn’t try them.
