Fast, delicious, even tho we showed up at 15 mins before close on a Sunday off-season. Super friendly, fun staff took our order and just a few minutes later delivered hot fresh fish and BBQ at the next window. We sat for a minute then ate the rest on the road. The sides did leave quite a bit to be desired but the meat was good and BBQ sauce was tasty enough, with one red and one mustard option. Fish was outstanding. I didn't even get a pic it was so good.

I am a griller/smoker and I *LOVE* real pit BBQ. When I see a sign for a BBQ place that says "Pit" I have to try. Unfortunately, Smoker's BBQ Pit was a big disappointment.I stopped to get a pound or 2 of pull pork BBQ and 2 lbs of brisket. During the ordering process, I discovered you can not buy Brisket that is not soaked in their BBQ sauce?!! WHAT?!!When the Brisket or pulled pork for that matter, are really good, you won't want sauce on it. In this case I could not even buy it without their sauce on it. I don't think I have ever seen that before in a "Pit" BBQ place. I cancelled the Brisket and got a pound of pulled pork BBQ because they have North Carolina vinegar based sauce (that is can already soaked in). What I got was really poor. It was like something you would buy in a grocery store off a shelf. I'd have to say it was terrible. The others in my party tried it and they completely agreed. I ended up throwing it away because it was not something I would want to eat.Do yourself a favor, if you like REAL Pit BBQ, find another place. If this review was helpful to you, please give it a thumbs up.

This use to be our favorite go-to when visiting West OC. This visit was less than qratifying! The brisket sandwich was extremely tough and so over sauced…it was literally inedible! The pork bbq was pulverized and again too much sauce! Standards have definitely gone down hill while pricing has been elevated significantly. Our once favorite has dropped off and we are searching for a new go-to when in the area!

What a surprise find during a recent trip to Ocean City, MD. The pulled pork and pulled chicken sandwiches were very tasty. The hush puppies, sweet potato fies, and Cole Slaw were the perfect sides. We also sampled the ribs, which were meaty with the meat very tender. It's definitely a place we want to come back to. Part of the charm is eating picnic style.

We were so disappointed! Pit beef was definitely not cooked on a pit. No smokey taste. Mashed potatoes are instant. Macaroni and cheese was tasteless. The "Pit beef was so wet from soaking in something it made the roll soggy. We ordered 2 Pit beef?? Sandwiches, 1 pint of instant Mashed potatoes, 1 pint of tasteless Macaroni and cheese and 2 nasty soda gun ice teas. $53 ???? Sorry but your establishment is way to high priced for the quality of food. Thumbs down all the way.

The big bad wolf, baby back ribs, fries, and burger were all really good! The music was a little loud and the fried pickle spears were a little lacking on the coating, but the rest of the experience was very enjoyable! Good food and good service ?

The New owner, yes New owner of Smoker's does not like camper's / Rv'ers. I was working on my camper on my friends property next to his restaurant when he approached me and asked if I had permission to be on his property. I informed him that I was not on his property but my friends property that he rents from. He made a phone call to his landlord to confirm what I had told him and I was correct to his surprise. My friend asked me to move away from Smoker's if I could because he complained that I was too close. I did move 2 feet further away. That's as far as my power cord would allow me. He paid $1 million for a sign that says Smoker's on it and doesn't even know how much property he is renting. The new and old owners screwed over the sweet 90 year old lady landlord to make that deal happen. I wonder why they never mentioned on social media that Smoker's in under new ownership. That is not being very honest with their loyal customers. I will never eat at Smoker's, Dough Roller or stay at Breaker's hotel, which they also own. Last year when Smoker's was struck by lightning and burned, he never contacted the landlord once to say anything to her. No, I'm sorry this happened or we will get through this and rebuild, nothing, not a single word in one year since the fire. It takes a special person for me to leave a bad review and this guy is special alright. We did have food from there when it was the previous owner. It was ok, nothing to write home about.

Horrible meal for 100$. Ribs burnt, old and dry. Pulled pork over sauced because meat was dry. Over cooked and dry brisket pulled not sliced, doused in vinegar sauce, what?!! We had loved Smokers for 2 decades always looking forward to opening in springtime and now are heartbroken and hungry for good old bbq. Will not return.

The building was hit by lightning, and it looks as if they are rebuilding.Hope so, I miss the place, even though it hasn't been its usual self.

A dinner at Smokers is always a must do for us when we visit OC. The food is great, the prices are reasonable. If you haven’t tried Smokers, you should!
