Great place for a wine bar in Ocean City, Maryland right next to Route 50 Great Place to see the sunset with a bottle of wine and some good tapas food varieties. Met the owner Pete when the place first opened back just before Covid hit. I have been going back ever since. I highly highly recommend taking your significant other there or your family to enjoy a variety of good cuisine and wine.

I literally have nothing bad to say about our experience!!! Molly was a game changer with Alex coming up behind to close us out for the day! What an incredible experience, so glad our friends drove 6+ hours for it!!

I removed two stars from what would have been a five-star review due to the condition of the bathrooms during the Thanksgiving 2025 event. Since the recent renovation converting all restrooms to all-gender space, the practical outcome has unfortunately been a noticeable decrease in cleanliness. During this event, there was urine on the floor and seats, and the trash cans were already overflowing within the first hour. The issue was not the all-gender setup itself, but the lack of ongoing maintenance needed when usage patterns change, which was not a problem prior to the bathrooms being combined.
Everything else about the restaurant remains exceptional. I have visited regularly, including three Thanksgiving events, and the food continues to be outstandingācomplex flavors, thoughtful seasoning, and consistently elevated dishes. The drinks are expertly crafted, and the service has always been excellent. With improved restroom upkeep during busy events, this would return to a full five-star experience.

I live in Northern, New Jersey and came down for a show. Our friends took us to Spain. We had Burgers, Bolognese, Ribs & Drinks. Everything was phenomenal. Food, service and ambiance. We're looking forward to another OC trip. The manager asked if we were okay and recommended the Churro cheesecake. Ordered it and it was excellent! My wife and I are back home and we realize we should have ordered more to bring home and reheat for dinner tonight. 5 Stars

The food was overall fantastic but on the meat plate the chorizo was way over cooked. Milos, our server was very attentive, the drinks were great. The atmosphere was good, but very loud and our table was crammed into the corner right next to bass module and the music was loud and made conversation difficult. Overall we had a great time and will be back.

Spain Wine Bar is good food for OCMD, but if you take the restaurant and put it in a major city.. Iām not sure it is up to par with other tapas places.
The vibes are top tier. The sunset views? Amazing.
The tapas- really the only memorable dish for me were the shishito peppers. We ordered the pan con tomate, lollipop chicken, crab cake, and steak as well. Everything felt pretty heavy and the steak was a bit overcooked. Very standard tapas fare in my opinion.
Overall, Iām not sure thereās many places in OCMD with this particular vibe (at least based on my research..). Iād come back if Iām in the area and want to grab some drinks.

This is a wonderful venue overlooking the water. Great cocktails and tapas. A must try if in the area. We will return for dinner in the near future. We opted to share the chef's board during elevated social hour since they had just opened.

We went to Spain Wine Bar to celebrate our anniversary. We were treated to a lovely table with a view for sunset. The server, Nina, was very helpful and attentive. We enjoyed several tapas with a surprise complimentary glass of bubbly! Then the amazing paella arrived with expertly suggested wines. Finally we were treated to an amazing surprise dessert of warm chocolate cake and a flower! It was such a special time. Thank you for helping us celebrate š¾!
