The absolute worst Starbucks. Very slow service. A simple hot coffee always takes longer than the other drinks and the interior has been dirty every single visit. Finding a stir stick seems to be a chore most visits and the condiment station is always filthy. I can't even sit my cup down to grab some napkins because the countertop is so nasty. One of the managers seems to find me a neusance since I order just a simple hot coffee. The new machines seem to make this too much of a chore now. I'm keeping my hard earned cash and moving on down the road to another establishment with the other pheasants Starbucks doesn't want. It's certainly cleaner.

The food's okay, but it seems like it's prepped too early. Not the freshest taste. The drinks are right for the most part. But that's kind of an eerie odd feeling being in there. I don't know how to explain it. It does seem like the management puts too much pressure on their workers, which makes them mess up. Delaying the process fast and to the point in service. I'm surprised they don't lose workers left and right.You can tell they are stressed

The worst taste you can get in any Starbucks. We sat down to wait for our drinks prepared and baristas decided not to yell out name to let us know when it's ready.. we waited for 15 minutes for matcha. Atmosphere is great.

They intentionally gave out decaf coffee when I ordered a regular with an extra shot. Don’t go here who knows what else they’re putting in the coffee and food

Always a pleasant experience at the West OC Starbucks. Coffee and food is always fresh. Love the clover vertical option. Drive thru available, nice and cozy inside area. Staff is friendly and welcoming and helpful. Plenty of inside and outside seating.

We ordered 2 Grande Shaken Apple Oat Milk Expressos.
Got our order and they were horrible!! No pumps at all. It's like drinking Grande Water! No Apple Brown sugar syrup. Nothing. We didn't have time to turn around because we driving back to Georgia.
I'm noticing this Srarbucks has good reviews, but our experience was bad, and the energy towards us was not that Welcoming.
To the Manager of this location, you need to train your Employees on race relations, and I hope our drinks weren't messed up on purpose because they were horrible. I might as well had a bottled water!

Pros: Large seating area, comfy couches, convenient location with easy access. Staff are welcoming and friendly.
Cons: Can't focus on work as they blast the music inside (so forget taking any calls). No more free creamers/sweeteners.
