I know everyone has a bad day from time to time but slamming drinks on the counter so it splashes is childish and unacceptable. I also witnessed another patron waiting to place their be ignored for about 15 minutes before they decided to take her order. No, they were not busy.

Visiting from out of town, line for drive thru was wrapped around the building, went inside ..line inside was worse. Waited for order for 45mins before receiving it. Service is extremely slow! Line to order and a line for mobile service and everything was slow. The person that ordered before said he’d been waiting for almost a hour 🙄👎

I prefer the Starbucks that have a relaxing laid-back place to chill out for an hour or two and seems like those places are getting less

Visiting OC and stopped in for a coffee. One of the cleanest locations I’ve been too. Employees are friendly and all have smiles on their faces.

Never understand why every time I go in a Starbucks I’m the only one in the store when I order and don’t get my drink for 10 minutes. I get that there are online orders and drive through orders, but I don’t thiink the wait should all be put on the customer walking in. Why can’t the 5 workers care for the person in front of them for a minute and get them in and out then go back to the chaos of the rest of the orders however they may be coming in.

Sorry Starbucks… Never 5 stars because of what the company has done to fair trade coffee around the world. That said, the staff was spot on and the dining are was actually comfortable unlike so other locations where your but has to o numb in the ‘modern’ seating before you can enjoy your coffee. That team seems like they run like a well oiled machine.

This Starbucks is absolute garbage. The people are rude and get an attitude when you are trying to order a drink. The place is absolutely disgusting nobody cleans it, there is trash everywhere. The self service station is empty on supplies and the countertops are a breeding ground for bacteria. The trash is overflowing out of the trashcan onto the counter. The baristas made my drink and messed up never called my name out just put my order in a a door dash bag when I was waiting inside for my order. This place is a joke Starbucks corporation should close this place down they really make Starbucks look bad. I will NEVER return to this nasty trashy disgusting Starbucks again.
