While most of the time these chains are meant to be consistent among all the sites , there are clearly some that care more to hit that expectation than others and this location appears to be one. The employees were friendly, the drinks came out quickly and they were made exactly as expected.

We pull up at 7:58p.m not knowing the place closes at 8p.m. drive thru workers sees us and locks the window like she's protecting the bank from being held up and the other works literally runs to the front door to lock it before we can come in. This my friends is the difference between employees and owners! I bet neither one of them had moved that fast all day!! Do better Starbucks West Ocean City. Won't stop here again I promise and we are locals!!

Laura, the drive-thru person around 12:45, was pretty rude. Snatched my dollar bill as a tip without a thanks at all, and when I asked for a straw, she said, “um I thought you didn’t need one.” Like… what in the McDonald’s is going on at this store. Manager needs to scout better.

For a drink that is almost $8 I expect the venti to at least have enough to fill a grande cup. As you can see from the photo this store is cutting cost by not coming close to filling up your drink. Go anywhere else.

Can’t accurately review this Starbucks service, drinks or food since they were closed at 8pm on 9/27/23, online and the app said this location closes at 9pm. They also didn’t turn their mobile ordering off, thankfully I didn’t place a mobile order because I know how inconsistent Starbucks are with their closing times. I drove all the way there just to find out they were closed. At least turn your mobile ordering off if you close early. I would’ve been mad if I did a mobile order and they were closed.

These Macha greentea frappuccinos were purchased from Starbucks in Milford, Ohio. They were absolutely, positively creamy and delicious. And the printed greetings made it even more special.?

I don't usually leave these things but I had to because one of my favorite places that I literally order from everyday, became somewhere I will not be spending my money. I went in around 3:30pm today and one of the new staff argued with me about my drink she messed up and we shotty to me the entire time and then I get out to my car and sip it and also realize no classic or vanilla was put into my drink when I specifically asked her. I have always spoke highly of this location and now I just pissed at how I was treated and I have to think about if I will go back there again! so disappointed I want the other staff back!
