We were in Kennett Square, PA vacationing a few days ago and every Starbucks in the area were out of blueberry scones. When we arrived in Ocean City to continue our vacation, I was on a Starbucks blueberry scone hunt. I called this shop and the young lady was so nice and put two aside for me. They have the best blueberry scones! Thank you Starbucks!

Kudos to the evening staff on 2/24/24. You were extremely helpful toy husband who has been looking for sugar free drinks ever since suger free went away. You have him a few choices and took time to help him choose a drink he now loves! No other Starbucks has ever help him out like you did. Job well done to the whole crew!

I stopped in for some bacon and Gruyère egg bites and a grande iced coffee. The baristas, Sydney and Margo, were fabulous. Both had great personalities and made my order to my specifications. I was chatting so much that I forgot my wallet. They found it and stored it safely until I got back downtown. Great spot right off the OC boardwalk!

This starbucks is clean and the coffee comes fast! We went in on Sunday the 3rd of September. The only reason I gave 3 stars is the girl on cold bar could not hold her own at ALL! I got my iced shaken espresso and stood there 20 minutes waiting on the matcha drink for my daughter. My entire drink had been gone 10 minutes before my daughters even came. The girl on cold bar was 7 drinks behind espresso bar and didn’t seem the least bit bothered with the fact that everyone was upset with her! She needs retrained or taken off cold bar during the rush.

Staff is too lazy to make proper cold foam. Asked them to remake PSCB drink and still got the lazy foam so the drink tasted bad. Got a refund from corporate. I don’t get how these baristas demand over $20 an hour and literally can’t bother to make a cup of coffee the right way for people.They just don’t like making the cold foam so they try to pass by with lazy foam and most people don’t bother complaining but at 6.15 for a damn coffee just make it right. I hate coming here but my damn wife likes it and I constantly have to get them to remake the cold foam properly.
This Starbucks is unorganized, chaotic and full of employees that don't know what the word teamwork means. I have never seen a Starbucks this dysfunctional.
