Quick stop for some coffee. Great atmosphere and service was good

Paid for our order, waited ~30 minutes, it never came out. Many other people standing around the counter waiting. Orders were stacking up on the counter with no name. Many of them were abandoned. Without any name on the order (and the staff making hardly any attempt to call people's names) of course they would be abandoned.

Probably one of the worse ways my drink has been made. Missing ingredients and bland — took quite a bit longer than expected too.

They somehow made a cold brew warm. Ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and it came completely watered down and room temp. The wait was about 10 minutes to 2 drinks.

I stopped in at the Starbucks in coastal highway after my morning walk. Cashier was not the most pleasant, unlike most Starbucks he didn’t ask if I needed anything else or for a name. Ok maybe he’s having an off day. I go to use the restroom and it’s dirty. No hand soap and no toilet paper in the dispenser, worst part is I’m sitting here drinking my coffee and I see an employee use the same restroom without asking any hand soap with them. This location needs some follow up.
My drink was as good as always!

I stopped by the Starbucks just north of the hotel I was staying at and had an overall acceptable visit. When I arrived, the store wasn’t particularly busy, but service was a bit slow. A staff member who seemed to be a shift lead or manager got up from her workstation around the time I walked in and had what appeared to be a work-related conversation with the cashier. While not a huge deal, it felt a little out of place to hear internal business being discussed out in the open with customers nearby.

That said, I understand that sometimes things need to be handled on the fly, and it wasn’t overly disruptive. It just contributed to the slight delay in getting my order. Once my drink was ready, I was pleased to find it made just right. The quality and taste were exactly what I expect from Starbucks.

So while there’s some room for improvement in terms of timing and front-of-house professionalism, it wasn’t a bad visit by any stretch. Certainly not the worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks, and I’d still stop by again if I were in the area.

I asked for xtra caramel drizzle in my coffee 2 days in a row and got little to none. When I asked, I got a less than courteous response.

I’ll be sure to never tip at this location again. Coffee was fine but the service was terrible. Usually you get greeted but I wasn’t. Then the drive thru lady had an attitude like she didn’t want to be there. Okay sure it’s 7:30 in the morning. Finally after handing me the coffee not a single word. I said thank you and didn’t even get a peep from her. This isn’t the first time the service has been rude. The only plus is they still can make good coffee drinks. I’ll save my tips for other places.

Everyone was friendly, my order was correct and ready quickly. I was offered free samples of a seasonal drink. Pumpkin Spice latte was delicious, overall great experience, we will come return before vacation is over.

Dietary restrictions: I required dairy free options and there were multiple options for me here.
