Where’s the coffee and tea flavor? 2 Cups of foam for 10.50?
Literally just got a coffee thru drive thru that is only half full… WTH!!!! Clear down the road before noticing.

My husband and I are very upset with our order. He ordered a bacon, egg, and Gouda sandwich, and I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese. The person who took our order was cold and unfriendly from the start. We waited about 20 minutes for our food. Our coffee was prepared but never called out—no one let us know it was ready; it was just placed on the counter.
The staff took a long time to prepare our order and kept chatting even though there were no other customers in the store. My husband’s egg was still frozen, and my bagel was very hard and extremely chewy—impossible to break apart. It’s such a nice atmosphere, but the service was awful, especially for the price we paid.

came here all summer, and even though the team was super busy, they always made my orders perfectly — every single time. They remembered my name, my drink, and always greeted me with a smile. It’s rare to feel that kind of warmth and consistency, especially during the summer rush.
Special thanks to Mason, the sweetest manager — you can truly see how he keeps the team positive and motivated. It makes the whole place feel like a little community.

Considering the high volume of activity experienced during the peak season, one might anticipate a less-than-optimal customer service experience, characterized by a lack of warmth and organizational challenges. However, the reality is quite the opposite. I have consistently received exceptionally friendly service, and I am particularly impressed by one staff member who, upon recognizing my voice, anticipates my order. Despite the numerous voices and orders she processes daily, she consistently makes each customer feel valued. Although I do not know her name, I can describe her as someone who typically wears her hair in a bun and has a naturally rosy complexion. I hope she is aware that her exemplary customer service is both noticed and greatly appreciated.

By far, the worst experience I’ve ever had at ANY Starbucks. I went in to redeem my birthday drink. It was super busy but I wasn’t in any rush. I patiently waited in line then stood to the side while I waited for my drink to be made. My go to is a venti Java chip frappe with half white mocha. The woman informed me they no longer have Java chip so we used the cookie crumble instead, no big deal.
When they called my name with the drink, it was a grande. I politely told the woman I ordered a venti. She said “I guess I’ll have to remake it then” and she disappeared. After a few minutes I told another woman. I will refrain from naming names. This girl was a skinny blonde girl with major attitude. I told her I ordered a venti and they accidentally made a grande. She looked at the sticker (that said grande) and looked at me and said “no, it clearly says grande on the side.” I told her I ordered a venti and used my birthday treat. She went and told someone in charge and the other lady told her no big deal just make another one. So blondie goes and grabs a venti cup, fills the bottom 1/3 with whipped cream, pours my original drink back in, then tops it off with more whipped cream to make it appear full.
At this point I’m getting hot. I said nahh, you need to make it correctly, not just use whipped cream to make it appear like a venti. She walked away with more attitude. Check yourself, chick.
After she did that, I talked to a THIRD woman who actually remade my drink.
There was a fellow dad standing next to me who stood there for 15 minutes waiting for his drink to be made. They had his drink partially started and left it there. Literally let it sit there and moved on. Get better Starbucks. This might be the new norm with people in “this next generation” but even as a male in my 30s, I won’t take your nonsense.

Waited 30 minutes for a coffee. I did a chat response with Starbucks for a refund and they refused to refund because they need my wife’s app info and I paid with my CC. That is better than a receipt? This company, lol

I went this morning with my dad, at 10:00 AM, and the woman who worked the register (during peak) , i did not catch her name unfortunately, gave amazing customer service and really made my day, as well as the man with a beanie on (i couldn’t see their name tags), we’re both super friendly. I work at a different location, and just wanted them to know the truly did a great job especially when it was really busy as well.so thank you for being awesome !!
