I’ll be sure to never tip at this location again. Coffee was fine but the service was terrible. Usually you get greeted but I wasn’t. Then the drive thru lady had an attitude like she didn’t want to be there. Okay sure it’s 7:30 in the morning. Finally after handing me the coffee not a single word. I said thank you and didn’t even get a peep from her. This isn’t the first time the service has been rude. The only plus is they still can make good coffee drinks. I’ll save my tips for other places.

Everyone was friendly, my order was correct and ready quickly. I was offered free samples of a seasonal drink. Pumpkin Spice latte was delicious, overall great experience, we will come return before vacation is over.
Dietary restrictions: I required dairy free options and there were multiple options for me here.

Hey Starbucks, corporate not so random question here but what’s your policy on processing orders in the store? If somebody orders a custom drink at the counter, is that order automatically pushed to the back of the line to accommodate customers who are just ordering menu items? If so, why do you even bother accommodating custom orders? I’m not asking for a friend. I’m asking for these three girls who just waited more than 30 minutes for their drinks, until my wife finally stepped up to the counter and asked the same question I’m asking you. She got Stonewalled though, so here I am. What say you?

This has to be the worst starbucks ever! ive been to many starbucks all over the world and this is worst than going into popeyes' drive thru on the worst US ghetto, poor customer service, bad treatment, lack of interest, careless mistakes, awful.... it just is. Ah, forgot to say, I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frapuccino and it had everything but coffe, basically a milkshake, shameful...
If could provide 0 stars I would . Extremely horrible service, not caring about customers, charge me and extra coffee. Be careful ?

Modified sign on the door says current hours are 5am-7pm. At 4:40, we walked in the open door, full cafe of people, to be told only drive through is open, but you can't walk through.

The cashier was super rude intentionally messed up our drinks charging us for 2! We only got 1adding an extra shot I never asked for and pineapple inclusions what I never asked for and refused to give our money back and I’ve been coming here for years and spending money never will come back here again!

Usually Starbucks is pretty consistent, but this one gets very busy during the summer months, I grabbed a Venti pink drink, which is not my regular order, and somehow drove out of the drive thru without really looking at it. It didn't taste right and when I held it up I discovered that there wasn't any berries in it.
