Rude rude rude! The cashier was extremely rude when I had come in to POLITELY ask for a remake of a drink that I got through the drive thru. It was the type of mixup that you could look at the drink and tell it was wrong but she wanted to go around in circles about it. I let that go but then after she made the new one, she very heavily sat that one on that counter and yanked the old one up and huffed off. I didn’t want the old one (obviously) but the rudeness was unnecessary. I had come in for 2 days before that day and my drink was perfect. I was very disappointed in my 3rd day! I work in customer service and farther you agree or not.. that type of attitude is inappropriate

Painfully slow service. More than 20 minutes waiting to receive our complete walk-in order. Priority given to drive-through and call ahead pick-up orders, ahead of walk-in customers. The staff is slow and seem out of sync with each other. Aside from a couple responsive staff, most staff seam uninterested in their customers.

The cashier was very rude and arrogant. He did not know how to behave properly with customers, lacking respectful and courteous communication when taking orders. Additionally, even the tea we ordered was served lukewarm.

This is a wonderful Starbucks I must say the drinks are brewed very well. I had a pink drink with matcha cold foam on top and it was so good that I decided not to kill myself that day even tho I was planning to go sky diving without a parachute but this drink was so good that I changed my mind. It’s just that I can’t talk to anyone irl not I can just comment on this review section like a pathetic loser and hope someone will notice me. Please I hope someone hears my cry for help. I canceled my sky diving reservation but I have money saved up just in case. I just wanted u guys to k ow that this pink drink with match was a light in my life and this Starbucks is good to anyone who goes there. Thank u everyone who made it this far and have a merry thanksgiving.

Exactly what you expect from a Starbucks, especially off-season. There was zero line at the drive-through. The guy at the window was incredibly friendly.

This is the worst place ever, is not clean, theres trash everywhere in the area Where they prepare the drinks, and the personal does not even help the Customers, they make us wait for too much time!!

The folks at this location deserve to be celebrated. During the season this location will get really really busy with orders. Be patient and treat your barista with kindness.

Placed a mobile order and walked there and was refused service I paid for. Terrible customer service. If you’re going to close the walk in, put it on the app, geniuses. Lazy and rude. Completely inconsiderate. Thanks for the power trip!

2stars for the awesome drink. I ordered on the app. I get there. I didn't walk up to the counter because I knew where to wait for my drink. The young man asks if he can help. I smiled and said I made an online order. As if to say I'm good thank you, he responds. Oh. Well that's going to be awhile because there's a line. (I look around- there's one man in the corner sitting) and just say ok. Thanks I see the girl making the drink. Pineapple lemonade. Was delicious! I added a cold cup to my order on the app. I see it on the counter. This man comes back out with a piece of paper and starts looking on the bottom of cups. I picked up the cup I purchased and walked it to him and said I think this is the cup you're looking for. He said oh ok. Well let meCheck to see that you're allowed to purchase it and it wasn't put aside for someone. What? I just said ok and walked away. This place is ridiculous. He comes back out and places the same cup into a bag and hands it to me. I don't know who needs to hear this. But the young man that was working the register today and the last time I was there was rude both times for no apparent reason. He should probably not be customer facing. I wish I knew his name. Tall light hair, white boy. Just complacent and off putting. To the girl that made my drink! Bravo! You earned that tip! Won't be back.
