I was very disappointed when I went to enjoy some frozen yogurt only to see that they closed 10 minutes early. There was a man still in there working and we pulled on the door and he still refused to let us in. This is an outrage I am a paying customer, if I go out of my way to go visit a place I expect them to be open. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. No one should ever have to be treated like this and it is so inconsiderate and extremely unprofessional. I will not be giving them any more of my money, honestly insane that they would feel comfortable treating people like this.

Sigh.... I'm disappointed. As far as plant based vegan and vegetarian lifestyles have come I still feel excluded and boxes in by chain and non-chain food providers. How difficult is it to offer plant-based milk options and for icecream and frozen yogurt? I'm encountering dairy free being associated with Italian ice ? #discouraged #frustrated

We stopped at this Sweet Frog today to enjoy some ice cream while it was raining outside. When we entered we saw all tables and chairs were stacked back in the corner blocking the emergency exit as well as the bathrooms. Neither the exit, tables or bathrooms were accessible. I do believe this is illegal. Person waiting on customers didn’t even acknowledge you until she told you your total. I asked for chocolate syrup which she watched me try to use and it was empty. Didn’t bother to offer to get any. Hot fudge was empty. Another customer was there with two small children attempting to enjoy Sweet Frog. With nowhere to sit or put your ice cream she eventually just walked over to the stack of chairs and tables and figured out a way to balance the ice cream while the small children ate it. Absolute horrible customer service. What kind of person is so lazy that they cannot offer to refill toppings let alone watch a customer struggle with small children and make no effort to offer them a table and chairs. I will tell you…one so lazy that they probably stacked the tables, chairs and blocked off bathrooms so they didn’t have to clean them. ? do better Sweet Frog. Very disappointed.
