Terrible service. Rude employees. Doesn’t look like they clean. They intentionally left out potatoes last night because they didn’t want to turn the fryers back on. Sign says you all close at 7, which is already crazy, but this location will shut it down at 6. They get mad when customers come in the line. My food has only been right in the summer, assuming it’s summer employees that help with that. This location should be an embarrassment to the franchise and needs a complete overhaul.

most of my criticism is with the wish that all my improve that you improve the service and that we who pay are happy for what we pay this afternoon I bought food here and they lasted 35 minutes after I paid for them to make the order and that is not having respect for people's time and besides the food came out cold that is not worth it I do not recommend anyone here, unless you have the patience and you feel good it is your decision but this was my experience Hopefully one day they can improve for the good of all and that they respect the client that thanks to the client is that the money reaches these corporations

How do you sell a beefy 5 layer with no beans available. KFC was closed by 6:50 and sign clearly says 8. This site is an embarrassment to the franchise

There was a drive through line but I was walking. I went inside and the worked behind the counter stated that there would be a long wait. The manager told her that they had to work the drive through first and the walk-ins would have to wait. It would be 15-20 minutes. I though about it and changed my mind. Too Long.

Only come here for food if you're going thru the drive thru because that's all they care about serving. We waited over 40 minutes for our food and we are still waiting. There's multiple other groups here waiting for the same duration.

They give the chinsiest tacos I've ever gotten in my entire life @ Taco Bell. I could have combined all three tacos on the one taco to have a good amount of meat lettuce and tomatoes. It's frustrating prices go up and the product gets cut down. I will not be going back here.

We were in the drive thru. We heard them talking and we tried to order. Then they went silent and acting like no one was there. So we had to drive away and choose a different place because no one would respond.
