Terrible service. Rude employees. Doesn’t look like they clean. They intentionally left out potatoes last night because they didn’t want to turn the fryers back on. Sign says you all close at 7, which is already crazy, but this location will shut it down at 6. They get mad when customers come in the line. My food has only been right in the summer, assuming it’s summer employees that help with that. This location should be an embarrassment to the franchise and needs a complete overhaul.

most of my criticism is with the wish that all my improve that you improve the service and that we who pay are happy for what we pay this afternoon I bought food here and they lasted 35 minutes after I paid for them to make the order and that is not having respect for people's time and besides the food came out cold that is not worth it I do not recommend anyone here, unless you have the patience and you feel good it is your decision but this was my experience Hopefully one day they can improve for the good of all and that they respect the client that thanks to the client is that the money reaches these corporations

If I could leave a zero I would. They close at 8pm and had the doors locked at 7:30pm. Then we went the the drive thru and as we were ordering the cashier/ guy on the speaker was very aggressive. He clearly did not want us there. We would have used the app had the app let us order.

How do you sell a beefy 5 layer with no beans available. KFC was closed by 6:50 and sign clearly says 8. This site is an embarrassment to the franchise

There was a drive through line but I was walking. I went inside and the worked behind the counter stated that there would be a long wait. The manager told her that they had to work the drive through first and the walk-ins would have to wait. It would be 15-20 minutes. I though about it and changed my mind. Too Long.

Didn’t put potatoes in either item we ordered, also the mango freeze wasn’t available. I ordered online and paid way more for my order than what I received. Definitely don’t go here!!

Terrible service. We come in from out of town and wanted lunch so we go to order, pay and as we are waiting for our food we are told they cannot give us what we ordered. So they go to give us our refund and they couldn't even figure out how to count and give us the amount we were owed. Then when we ordered they forgot our drinks, and didn't give us forks, all together the restaurant tables were so dirty and gross, our chicken we ordered had spots of green in it and the mashed potatoes had chunks in it and didn't taste right. They workers didn't seem like they even knew what they were doing.

Only come here for food if you're going thru the drive thru because that's all they care about serving. We waited over 40 minutes for our food and we are still waiting. There's multiple other groups here waiting for the same duration.

They give the chinsiest tacos I've ever gotten in my entire life @ Taco Bell. I could have combined all three tacos on the one taco to have a good amount of meat lettuce and tomatoes. It's frustrating prices go up and the product gets cut down. I will not be going back here.
