I live on 139th street and I’m so mad it took me this long to find out how great Taphouse Tavern is. First, we usually order carry out, every time I order, I get the most patient people taking my call. They let me know the off season specials and don’t rush me. I really really appreciate that. Hidden gem in oc. More like a locals bar, but the food was fantastic!!!!! Highly recommend the loaded fries with the signature beer cheese. Javi and Eric were great- love the crushes- had the creamciscle and lemon. Regulars were very welcoming. Perfect spot for having some drinks and catching up with friends- unpretentious. Definitely will return.
