I was seated immediately and ordered the “Pollo Grande” burrito. The food was of good quality, and the portion sizes were acceptable for how much I was paying ($23 for the burrito and the sides that come with), which is better than some other establishments. They provide free chips and salsa as well. I would go again.
Had a craving for some Mexican food so we stopped by Tequila Mockingbird. We both had chicken and cheese enchiladas and rice and black beans. Enchiladas were delicious,first rate. Will be going back. Great friendly atmosphere and terrific food.
Was emptier than I thought it would be considering it’s a busy time of year in OCMD. We waited about 5 minutes. The server was prompt and friendly. For whatever reason, the menu wasnt appealing (and Tex mex is my favorite food). Chips and salsa were served promptly. Note that additional chips and salsa are at a charge. The chips tasted like they had been fried in old oil and were not salted at all. I appreciated that the salsa was made fresh but it was much more like pico...
