This review is for the storefront counter on the boardwalk. $18 each for a small cheesesteak on a hard roll , little meat, little cheese. The cook seemed annoyed that four sandwiches were being ordered. This place is supposed to be one of the best places in Philadelphia, PA for cheesesteaks. Well it wasn't here. Don't waste your money.

Absolutely terrible cheesesteak. I had high hopes given the name, but this was a huge disappointment. The meat was dry and flavorless, the cheese barely melted, and the roll was stale. Definitely not worth the money. I’ve had better cheesesteaks at gas stations. Won’t be coming back.

THE WORST FOOD IVE EVER EATEN IN NY LIFE . VERY SALTY. VERY CHEAP AND QUITE EXPENSIVE let me say. I got 2 fry bags & a smash cheeseburger & cheesesteak & chicken fingers and fries for $42. Not a lot portion wise but beyond that the meat of the cheeseburger and more importantly the CHEESESTEAK tasted VERY STRANGE . It tasted like very very very very LOW GRADE meat and it was $17 lol . A normal price for a cheese steak but man we couldn’t even eat it . It was like rubber had no flavor to it and after one bite we knew we couldn’t eat anymore of it bc it would’ve tore our stomach apart . DO NOT EAT HERE . We are from NJ and live very close to PHILLY. If you are looking for a PHILLY CHEESESTEAK it is not from here . Next time I’ll go to TOMMYS SUB SHOP.

Food was ok. I expected it to be just like Philly, but it wasn't. pork was dry and fries over seasoned. Also I asked for a cup with ice after purchasing 2 20oz drinks for $3 each because I was taking it in a car with a long drive home ahead and was told I had to purchase the small plastic cup. That was my last Tony Luke's experience. Won't be going back. I will stick with D Nick's for roast pork sandwich going forward.

This place is absolutely amazing! The food is phenomenal, the staff is great, and the atmosphere is amazing. I love this place and every chance I get to eat here I will. I would strongly suggest everyone eat at this Tony Lukes and not the one on the boardwalk. The boardwalk Tony Lukes is a complete and utter disgrace it's giving Tony Lukes a bad name. I just hope this Tony Lukes stays around forever because their cheesesteaks are absolutely to die for.

The one star only reflects the fact that it was closed before Memorial Day. This restaurant makes the best pulled pork and broccoli rabbe with sharp provolone...ever.
Horrible little shop. Waited 40 minutes for a smash burger, salad, and cheese steak. They got the salad wrong the cook did everything backwards and the people next to us waited longer than we did, had their food messed up more than we did, and just left rather than dealing with it. They didn't put any dressing on the salad. They literally gave me lettuce. Just lettuce. The smash burger was terrible. The sub was okay. I wouldn't recommend it. Nor will we be back.

Love Tony Lukes! Some of the best cheesesteaks in Ocean City. We always have to make atleast one trip to Tony Lukes when we come to the beach. Staff is usually friendly and nice and the food is always fresh.
