This place is amazing and the owner is great. He walks all around and asks you if food is good. You don't see this often anymore. The shrimp in the scampi were huge and tasted great. The pizza was delicious and cooked in a stone oven. I highly recommend this place, but they do not take reservations and it is popular with locals and tourists,

Thank you for not answering your phones for carry out, then we have an hour wait for food after we come in to place the order- which is completely understandable.. but after waiting an hour, you tell us you didn’t make one our our pizzas, that we would have to wait another hour for another one with no apology. Why can’t you just throw our pizza that YOU FORGOT in the oven and move it along? We have a hungry family waiting. Definitely have the “we know we are going to make money, so we don’t care about you either way” kind of attitude. Really a shame, was looking forward to this place.

53 degrees out with wind and the waitress (who didn't seem to care) said they will not turn on heat because it gets warm. There was only one other family in the restaurant.

Off season, so I have no idea what the atmosphere is usually like. Have to say the gravy is very good. Spaghetti was perfectly cooked and let me say 90% of the time most places either over cook or badly water bath reheat. Also probably one of the best cannoli I’ve had in a long time! Fair pricing for portion size and staff was better than what you would expect in a tourist town. Service for time from ordering to it arriving was also timely. I can understand why they’re open even during off season.

First time trying out this restaurant. Loved the old style decos and atmosphere. it’s cozy and homey. Our server was nice, pleasant & helpful. The service was fast. The bathroom was clean. The food was delicious. I loved everything about it. Highly recommend it.

This was the first time I have ever tried Trattoria Lombardi's Restaurant - even though I have been to this shopping plaza more times than I could count.For dinner this evening I had the Caprese to start. Very tasty and a large portion. For my main course I had the Homemade Lasagna. When it first came covered in sauce, I was kind of suprised, but that quickly changed. Thought it was delicious and filling. To close I had the tiramisu. A glass of Chardonnay to drink. Complimentary bread and butter was provided. Overall, I was very pleased with the meal. Great portions and pretty tasty.Tamara was my waitress and she was attentive, professional and did an excellent job.Good restaurant with decent food, great service and a good atmosphere.Parking: Parking in front and side of restaurant. Some parking on side streets. No issues, but I am also off season.Kid-friendliness: Great restaurant for families and kids. Plenty of dining options.Wheelchair accessibility: On same level as street, and plenty of area to manuveur in the restaurant
