We were greeted by Sarah who is the most amazing server!!! She was quick to make us laugh and feel right at home. There were six of us so we covered the variety of the menu and nothing disappointed. This was one of the best meals we have had in OC. I highly recommend dining here if you have not already. It’s definitely worth it! My only regret is that we failed to take pictures of our food to share.

The owner and entire team make us feel like family every time we visit! They are very accommodating with food allergies and requests! They go above and beyond to ensure we love our meals and drinks! The service and meals have always been excellent and this is our go-to spot in Ocean Pines and Ocean City!

Ribs, Hush puppies, cream of crab soup, Maryland crab soup, fried rockfish, bbq bacon wrapped scallops were all great! The service from Sarah was also fantastic!

The staff was nice and it is not their fault the food is horrid. I DO NOT recommend the following. Ribs (for $22 they looked like they were plucked from a fetal pig and not a grown pig) Jerk chicken (so dry I think dust came out when cut into) Fries - soggy. The lettuce, eatable. That’s its. Lesson of the day….its not better the 2nd time around.

Food was ok. Steamed shrimp was wonderful; steak didn't taste fresh, more like previously frozen; fried shrimp were heavily breaded. When we arrived it took more than 10 minutes to be acknowledged by a server. She promised better service then proceeded to argue with my husband about the flavor of the cake. He ordered chocolate and was given cookies and cream. Another employee even commented that he had just had a piece of that cookies and cream cake. When questioned she became huffy and walked off. Service definitely needs tweaking.

Took my mother in law here on a Sunday as we have wanted to try it for awhile. We frequent the ice cream shop next door and Dons always looked appealing.
Wow what a disappointment. Service was terrible and waited 15 minutes for a waitress to even come by and acknowledge us. It’s a small place and she had to walk past us multiple times but always looked extremely rushed. We finally asked someone at the front counter who obviously saw we were waiting (our table was within eyesight by the front window). The waitress blamed the kitchen and claimed another table was creating issues. Jeez ok already off to a bad start here.
The menu brags about using Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce for their ribs as if that’s a sign of quality. I ordered the shrimp and ribs and it was barely seasoned and very generic. My mother in law ordered one of the salads which at first sight looks impressive due to the size. In actuality it’s just some toppings on top and a giant bowl of iceberg lettuce underneath. None of the food was noteworthy and for the price I would hope it would have been a bit more impressive. Neighboring tables made up of older couples seemed to also have frustrations with service and incorrect orders being served. I’ll stick with the ice cream shop next door!

Went to dons Saturday night. Wasn’t busy service was terrible. Very bad management. Employees know nothing about customer service. Place is never busy band that is the reason. Food was average.
We shared a delicious steak and crab imperial.
Also a nice cup of cream of crab soup.
Others in the group enjoyed their delicious Chincoteague oysters.

We came for lunch to Don's. Although the service was friendly and good we were surprised at the time it took to receive our meals especially because there were only three other tables being served. The food was quite good.

Update- We've been back several times. All of your servers are wonderful. Best happy hour around, phenomenal seafood at the best prices. Don's is one of favorite spots!!
