Why is this the worst McDonald's in the area? Again why is this the worst McDonald's in the area? Every time is 15 minutes every time. Maybe I'm not the smart one who keeps trying to go back once a month. All reviews are 15 minute wait times. All cold food. New management ,add more workers ,drop fries constantly. Or a better idea close and I can get a McDouble 10 times faster at the one by the Walmart in Berlin.

Worst service ever! Waited 15 minutes to place my order in the drive thru. Food is never ready, have to pull up and wait. Last 2 times, paid for the meal, waited for my sandwich, they brought it out, no fries! They need some serious help!

Ordered breakfast meal and 2 #7s and waited 17 mins. Asked for refund because how long it was taking and management wouldn’t tell me anything. When I ask for refund back they didn’t speak to me. Poor customer service!

Having gone thru this drive thru on prior occasions, I realize that sometimes it may take quite a while to get your food and mistakes can sometimes happen. After getting home and starting to eat our meals, we got a quarter pounder that was way undercooked. Called the McDonald’s to tell them and was told….. sorry and to come back for a different burger. Didn’t feel like driving back that night. The McDonald’s employee told me that I could get a coupon for a free burger but only if I came back with the receipt before noon the next day. Putting a time limit on how quick we had to return the next day by noon was unreasonable to me and poor customer service.
Waited several minutes for a bacon, egg & cheese biscuit, only for the biscuit to tough and rubbery.
