This restaurant takes forever for door dash drivers. this is the 3rd time i received a delivery from here to pick up the order at a certain time and you have to wait an additional 20 minutes for the order. do not recommend door dash from this restaurant!!! Terrible run Management at this store!

I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE! Super bowl Sunday was a hot mess. I missed the first HOUR of the game because I was waiting 45 min for 10 wings . Customers who ordered 30-50 wings got their orders before me. My order number was 109, I left and came back and they were on number 123. I waited patiently, advised the cashier and she checked still nothing . The owner came out and completely ignored my request for a credit telling me they were working on it. This place lacks time management and good customer service.

I've ordered wings previously and they were crispy and perfectly seasoned, so when my husband asked what to get for dinner for the Super Bowl, I didn't hesitate to recommend we order wings from America's Best Wings. Well, the wings were not crispy at all. The skin was soft & rubbery. They were also not seasoned well. The French fries were also undercooked. Also, why do you have to wait for celery, which is usually a staple with wings & blue cheese or ranch dressing. I had to finish cooking the wings & fries in my toaster oven & air fryer. Not what we paid for, Very disappointed!

I just eat the lemon pepper wings here it's a hit or miss sometimes its good and the wings are fresh sometimes thr ok the fries are always under cooked so I stop getting the fries .

Good food. Also the older Asian lady, I think the owner, made sure to explain to me how to order for cheaper next time. I didn't mind the cost I paid but her trying to help me showed she cares for people and for her customers. Also, I have ordered here before and the wings were dry, but they were well made today. Maybe they got a new chef.

Toda I ordered 2 catfish subs and requested lettuce, tomato, mayo, grilled onions, grilled green peppers and American cheese. Unfortunately my sandwich only had the catfish and American cheese! Next time I'll make my own sandwich at home.

I am done with this location. This is the worst location when it comes to customer service. The owner does not apologize for her mistakes or the mistakes of her staff. I have had multiple issues with them. And you literally have to beg for something they should already do. They have forgotten to put mambo sauce in the bag (multiple of times) and not given the correct number of ranch. If you know, then you know how stingy they are about ranch which doesn’t make sense. It wasn’t always like that. And the fact you can’t buy more is even crazier. There has been times (each time ordered through DoorDash) where I’m either missing ranch/mambo sauce and/or it was spilled in the bag when I received it. And the owner shows no regards. For instance today, I should have had a total of 3 ranches but two were in the bag and one of them was spilled. Instead of the owner apologizing and telling me to come get the missing ranch and a replacement of the spilled one, she only wanted to give me the missing ranch and that the spilled one is a doordash issue. I get that issues should be resolved through doordash. However, my issues were just with condiments. Although, inconvenient since I ordered delivery I was willing to come get the two ranches. The owner kept interrupting me on the phone and then persistent on only giving me the one missing. A business that has great custom service would have apologized (which I never received) and then not only gave the missing ranch but the additional spilled ranch as well. A customer should not have to go back and forth over some ranch. I say this all to say. The customer service sucks and it’s all because of the owner. Before this owner it was never like this.
They will no longer have my business!!!!

The elder Asian lady is very unprofessional and seems a bit racist. I spent $19 on honey old bay wings, and as usual, this location likes to give a little sauce. I typically request extra honey old bay sauce (and have no issues paying extra if needed), and it has never been an issue until today. This staff worker was rude and condescending and it was unacceptable. From this day forward, I will never patronize this location again. I will drive an extra two min to the Elkridge location. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

I have been to this location before with no problem until today. I ordered the honey lemon pepper wing combo. I didn't wait long but the problem ensued when I went to the counter to pick up my order. Janey who showed me my food has horrible customer service because she constantly cut me off while I asked for extra honey lemon pepper sauce. She preceded to then add only lemon pepper (which is not what I asked) to the top which due to the lack of honey sauce on the wings originally, the seasoning didn't stick to the wings. If I requested a dry rub seasoning with a drizzle of honey then the wings would have been correct. Unfortunately, that's not what I asked for and because Janey never allowed me to finish my statement regarding my previous orders due to her rudely cutting me off, I have not had a problem requesting for more sauce. I guess she thought she was doing me a favor by telling me they have to charge for extra sauce but she would give me extra this time. By that point I felt disrespected and only wanted to leave and NEVER return. I asked for my refund and left. If this is how they conduct business then I will take my money elsewhere due to her piss-poor attitude and argumentative behavior.
