I used to go there almost daily but the quality has really gone down hill. Stopped in for a bagel and when I got back to work I realized it was completely burnt. Who thinks this is ok to give to a customer? Took one bit of the I burnt side and it was so dry I had to spit it out. Not only did they burn it they forgot the butter.

Sandwiches are great, staff is very friendly, however recently their coffee is bitter and nasty. Not sure what changed as it used to be good. Maybe the new employees need training. Annapolis Junction location.

I'm a frequent lunch customer here due to work, and the staff are super nice. Favorite specialty drink is starry night (hot or cold, equally great) and I always get the Clipper sandwich. My husband constantly gets the dirty iced chai. Highly recommended from a fellow coffee enthusiast. <3

Pepper Jacks is a nice eatery that recently opened. I've had breakfast there twice. The service, food, and coffee was good. It's clean with a pleasant atmosphere. They have a nice variety on their menu. I would recommend checking the place out for yourself.

Decent breakfast. Bagel sandwiches are average size and decent. Fresh egg, choice of cheese and meat. They wrap it hot in paper, then it becomes soggy from the steam. Best to eat while there.

Great service and great coffee. I work remote so I dropped in to crush some work before noon. During non-peak hours (early am or lunch) it is quiet, easy to get work done and plenty of places to charge. Wifi is fast and easy to connect. I will be stopping in more now to do some work with a good cup of coffee. Definitely recommended!
Good coffee options, they rotate different roasts each day and they do the froo-froo coffees too. and I just discovered they do a range of bagels and sandwiches for breakfast and lunch.

This is my go to breakfast and caffeine stop on my morning commute. Baltimore Coffee & Tea has a variety of options for coffee, tea, breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, salads and products for sale! I find that the wait is reasonable even at peak hours when there is a small crowd. I generally try a specialty tea drink like a dirty chair latte or match latte and grab a breakfast sandwich. I've never waited more than 8-10 minutes. The non dairy options are limited as hey only have almond and soy milk. I stick to almond milk but I wish coconut was an option. I've also grabbed sweet treats like caramel popcorn or candy bars for a gift when heading to a friends house. Mugs, tea appliances among other small items are available for sale as well. My favorite is getting to Mark off each drink I purchase with the 10th drink being free.

Not a single electrical outlet for your laptop in the entire place. Not.A.Single.One. Guys, when you built this place, did you think your customers might want to plug in from time to time? I mean, I get it if you're trying to discourage laptop use and leisurely visits to your coffee shop. But if that wasn't your intent, you've achieved it anyway. I walked in looking forward to a beverage and getting some work done. When I realized there were no outlets, I walked right back out. Never got to the beverage part (though I've been to other BCAT locations and I enjoy the drinks). One more thing to note: there are only two small tables with 2 chairs each in the entire place. The rest of the seating is high top backless stools at counter space along the windows. Again, difficult to relax or work with this kind of seating.
