I used to live around this area and come here a lot, but I’m visiting so I decided I’d give this place another review because I feel they deserve a second chance. The milkshake presentation was on point and tasted great, the lobby temperature is surprisingly not freezing. My only complaint is that they’re slow to service, though they were very receiving.

The employees have an attitude. They never have any donuts left and close way earlier than scheduled. 1 star for food because they have non. Service should be a negative 10. Typical do nothing lazy workers. Obviously the managers and owner are even worse for allowing this to go on.9

First time ordering. I went through drive thru and they gave me the wrong kind of ice cream. And the ice cream tasted like freezer ?

Dirty store. Employees are slow, have no attention to detail, have flavors out of stock constantly, and show poor customer service. They also drip a lot of water into the ice-cream containers, the flavors taste odd, and when they scoop the ice-cream, they run it into the frost built in the freezer.

The drinks are great! Even from Dunkin donuts, because they are attached together. However, the staff is severely SLOW! I want to apply to help them honestly. The staff are very friendly, don't get me wrong. It's just the work ethic, you would expect to order, and get your drink in a timely manner, that is NOT the case here. You WILL be waiting for a minute! The ONLY time you get your drink quickly is if they are trying to close and leave for the night. They really need staff with better work ethics and training to help improve that.

We spent almost $15.00, & then, they REFUSED to give us an Ice Water. An Ice Water.The employees said that the No Ice Water Policy is the idea of the Manager Lauren. Beware of this location.

This is not the first time I’ve tried to get a milkshake here and been disappointed. I went through the drive thru, and asked what ice cream flavors were available. Apparently they had like 5 flavors. I tried the dragon fruit strawberry. Gross. And I waited a while for it. I will not try a milkshake or ice cream here again.

This is by far the worst baskin robbins i have ever been to on both the west and east coast!Always out of things, messy areas, dirty floors...tonight there were 3 girls and 1 guy. All of them ignored us for several minutes. One of the girls was sitting at a table, I assume on a break, talking loudly on her phone. 2 girls, mostly walking back and forth looking at stuff...one girl finally made a drink and took it to the drive thru. Mind you, when we got there there were 2 cars at the drive thru and 2 customers in front of us who had already ordered and were paying when we came in. Finally, TJ, the guy came back. He was polite in asking us what we wanted, but had no customer service at all. He rang up our orders and that was it. I come to this location because it is close to me, but will drive the extra distance from now on.To top itoff, the ice cream I did end up getting had freezer burn.

Dear owner, check on your night shift. Your store says it closes at 10pm but at 9pm both of your employees are just sitting there watching the drive thru go by. If you close at 9pm then change your posted hours via Google.

This location is one and the same as the Dunkin Donuts. Both are staffed by the same people and that staff is minimally involved with the customers. They were getting into verbal arguments in front of customers. You can't give your order at the counter; if you walk into the store you have to use the kiosk, and then walk over to the counter and talk to them in the exact same way as you would have anyway while giving your order. It makes no sense and makes for a cluttered customer experience. I will not be coming back inside the store. Might not even come back to the drive thru.
