This placed has been closed at least since COVID. Someone is still paying to keep the lights on but nothing has been happening for years. So, don’t waste your time driving over here. The reviews you see here are fake and so are the responses from the owner. Otherwise, this is a money laundering business. Dear Patty, I dare you to reply to this review.

I am shocked to hear all the bad reviews of Patty. My wife andI were driving about 30 minutes because we like the food and Patty is always very nice and upbeat. We were hoping they would reopen but it doesn't look like it will. We were willing to put up with the long lines even though the place always seemed to be understaffed. I am also not happy with the response from corporate to some of the bad reviews. Always the same response. Looks like it was auto-generated. Not a good look. Shows corporate may not have been as much help to this location as they should have been.

Consistently mismanaged to the point this location is now closed. It went from being a messy and dirty facility to one that was cleaned up fairly well, but then started failing to the point that only the drive-through was open. Then the hours were substantially cut to close around 4:00 or so and then whole days were cut. Then the place was closed randomly and now it’s supposedly closed temporarily, but my understanding is that it’s now closed permanently. It’s truly a shame, as this was a historically a great location where people would bring their classic cars on the weekend to show. Such a waste that this place was mismanaged so badly.

I think they are in the process of selling it ? Been closed for a month+ it would be nice to have a new owner who treats their community and employees well?

Looks like it is really CLOSED now.
All the temporary signs about the owner in hospital or closed until a certain date are removed. Permanent barriers are up. Can’t even get in the parking lot.

Never open.sign says owner in hospital.maybe they should sell the place.get new owner that is healthy.

This store is closed more then its open. Over the last 5 years, they are open for 6 or 8 hours a day. I dont know why corporate allows it to continue. Inside is never open so drive through takes 30 or 40 minutes.

I drive by almost daily. I avoid going to this DQ since the elderly lady was so rude to me at the drive thru. 7/25/24 Parking lot is now blocked off, taped off and CLOSED on the street sign. I hope the staff were able to find new jobs.

I drove 20 minutes away for a Dairy Queen ice cream cake. I should have gone to grocery store 5 minutes away and gotten a Carvel one I stead. $36 for a 10inch ONE LAYER ice cream cake.
You're not allowed to go inside so you can't look at the cakes and pick one. They describe them to you at the drive thru and you pick from their verbal description. Terribly dissapointed and feeling ripped off.

Very sweet older couple works there, seems to only be them. Be patient and respectful.
