Giant bubbles knocking off half of the cheese and toppings. The halloween decor was nice. Maybe they're vampires because there was absolutely no garlic butter on the crust.

The staff had NO gloves on while handling the food! None of them! Not even hairnets. I was disgusted. Won’t even be eating what we ordered. And it smells like fish

I truly regret placing my recent order at this location. Both the pizza and bread bites were undercooked and tasted doughty! I had to put the items in the oven to finish baking. Good luck trying to contact the store as the phone just rings! Horrible experience!

I order vegetables pizza see and I said crispy it’s not and also it’s not for eating i thrush it please don’t waste ur money Iam truck driver whole day waiting not eating and see

Absolutely horrible. We ordered three pizza and two subs. They called to say they were out of onion, green pepper, and ham!?!?! A pizza restaurant is out of all this!! So we go to eat the “steak” if you can even call it a steak with nothing on it because they were out of the stuff. HORRIBLE! The picture doesn’t even show how truly pathetic it is. Almost no steak on it and a lot of what’s in the picture is “burn” cheese. With all of the negative reviews how do they any start open. Which bring me to my being complaint. Tried calling and the phone just ring and ring!?! Will never eat there again. Didn’t even want to give 1 star but had no choice.

The New York pizza taste like cardboard please never compare this pizza to New York !
Placed a 70$ order only to receive the wrong order. The order they gave me was 40$ with items in it my children do not eat. The driver told me to contact the restaurant so they can redo the order. I have been calling for an hour and no one answered. Contacted customer support only to get a robot. Horrible Service never again!

I place an order for delivery at 1:07 pm. The driver Roxanne left the store to deliver at 1:20pm. The making of the pizza was real fast. Literally,I live right around the corner two minutes tops. I seen the driver rode right past my apartment complex and delivered to multiple people first. 30 minutes passed she still Delivering. I called the store to cancel my order, the lady rudely hanged the phone up. When I called back she tried to denied and say that the phone got disconnected. They have no customer service or people skills. Don't get mad at me because of your driver bad service.To the driver, I know why you did what you did. Because you didn’t see any tip you feel like delivering my pizza was the last one going to be on your list. What you didn’t know I was tipping you in cash!! I will file a complaint against you and the person that rudely hunged the phone up.In addition, I really hope my money is returned back into my account. It’s no need to respond and make it seem like you all for the customers. The behavior that was displayed today shows that your not!
