Worst Dunkin in the area. Workers are blunt and kind of dismissive. They are the only Dunkin in the area that consistently gets my things wrong and completely opposite of whatever I asked for.

$6 to get half a cup of a macchiato. This location is always a miss with filling the cup up but this is ridiculous. Will be the last time I buy anything from this location.

Why are the donuts at Dunkin Donuts always stale any more??? They took donuts out of their name, so they might as well stop selling them! Off my list for donuts!!

I’m definitely done purchasing food from this location. The regular employees that take your order are great, but the product I get to take home is not. Numerous times I have ordered my food a specific way and when I get it, it’s nothing like I asked. I specifically ask for less butter spread And it ends up being caked on, to the point where it’s dripping all over the place. Today was the final straw, I asked for less butter and whoever made my bagels, decided it would be funny to cake it on like cream cheese spread, it’s actually thicker than cream cheese spread. Then on top of all of that, their price on two multigrain bagels has gone from $4.71 to over $7. I’ll just start buying multigrain bagels at the grocery store and making them myself!

I go to this DD occasionally, the service is typically reasonable, but the coffee is never good. It’s usually burnt. Today it was very burnt and the donuts I ordered weren’t in the bag, so I went back and requested two fresh cups of coffee and the donuts I paid for. I received the donuts and more burnt coffee. The person at the window was rude, dismissive and irritated, after my order was screwed up. I’ll never go there again. Granted, I’m always polite and while the customer isn’t always right, when the customer is pleasant, they should at least get that back in return.

This location will refuse to put any cold foam on hot drinks, saying the manager will fire them 😂😂 I get cold foam on top of my hot drinks at literally any other location, no problem lol

So recently the coffee hasn’t been great, until today. But the breakfast wrap is another story. Either it was a leftover from yesterday or cooked way too long. The hash browns were delicious though.

The best way to beat the post-medical-visit blues? A seasonal bev at this local Dunkin! I’m staunchly anti-waiting in drive-thru lines, so I strutted inside. The service? Stellar. Quick and friendly, like a caffeinated hug from an old friend.
As an added bonus, I got a delightful dose of donut history from the friendly gentleman behind the counter. Apparently, the original “Dunkin’” donut had a little nub handle so you could “dunk” it into your coffee. Genius, right? It’s a shame that in today’s world, nobody has time to actually dunk—talk about a lost art!
Now, onto the drink: my “basic girl” pumpkin spiced latte was spot-on! No syrupy disaster here—just the right balance of flavors. Kudos for avoiding the gallon of sugared syrup that could send anyone into prediabetes!
However, I do have to mention the hash browns. Normally a crispy delight, this time they tasted like they were swimming in old oil. I’d suggest asking for fresh ones if you give them a try.
Donut worry about a thing and stop by!

I've never encountered people who hate their jobs as much as the employees at this Dunkin. When I pulled up to the menu, the lady greeted me with a "yeah?" And just like the two other times I tried this Dunkin, they are monotoned and blah. The large scary gentleman threw my food out the window at me mumbling something. The drinks and food are barely edible and I know it's the same stuff as all the other dunkins so not sure how that happens. We'll stick to driving further to the Millersville Dunkin

I use mobile order for this location. The staff are super efficient, and the quality of the food and coffee is always consistently favorable. You guys are great!

Slow service. Stressed out and understaffed. Burnt bagel. Don't bother to use The Best of Odenton Shop local coupons. Staff never know anything about them and the bar code always rings up expired.

Joseph is a very helpful, fun and witty person to have serve you. I look forward to him taking my drive thru order every time I come though which is usually 5 days away week! I even see him occasionally on base or at the one on Annapolis rd. He’s awesome! Tell him we said Thanks! - The Avery Family.
