I was here yesterday at the drive thru and ordered a little bit more than normal so it was a bit of a wait. I live a little ways away from here and didn’t check the bag till I got home but I was missing one of my hash browns and I ordered 2 donuts and got none of them. I know I should’ve checked the bag but I trusted them. I didn’t want to go all the way back there for no reason so I gave them a call twice and got no response.

I came in to pick up an order the lady was really rude to me she's like that every time I come there poor customer service she needs to be fired ASAP with that nasty attitude customer's should not have to deal with that it's a family business and we are paying customer's won't come back til she's gone

Wish there was a 0. Stop at dunkin every morning. This is the worst one ever. My sandwich had no bacon and was hard like it was from yesterday. Got back in line to give them another shot. The new sandwich was cold and hard barely any bacon. I don't understand there was like 6 people work that's alot for a dunkin. Don't even get me started on the less than concerned employee that definitely was not happy to help me. Do yourself a favor skip this dunkin.

I try not to frequent this Dunkin donuts as its very iffy. This morning was the worse. I want to assume their is a new person who was delegating the drive thru and everything was screwed up. I order my food and can hear its a problem with the car in front of me immediately. She gives back a drink and then the people inside start to laugh as she pulls away, very unprofessional. I get to the window, they have no record of my order (weird) and then they kept asking did I order (someone elses order) then said "Well I dont see your order". Excuse me? I beg your finest pardon I just placed my order, however IF you dont see it RING IT UP NOW!!! I ask to speak to someone else after the third "Did you order hash browns?" AND MY THIRD TIME SAYING NO. I spent a total of 13mins in a drive thru when it was only 3 people ahead of me when I pulled in. Ill just drive to the one further down from now on. I dont have the time or patience for this one.

This place is possibly the worst managed Dunkin around here. They actively don’t read tickets when they come in, the staff is rude, and the combo is they catch an attitude when you call them out for getting something wrong.
Drive through line was really long. Therefore, I went in, and no one was working the donut side. There were only 3 different types of donuts to choose from.

This place is Disgusting!!!!! The bathrooms were filthy, the toilet was unsanitary! All the tables were covered with filthy stains I had to ask someone to wipe a table off,
