We walked in late Friday evening. My 10 yr old daughter and a work buddy. Our mission was to have milk shake. We were greeted by an energetic and happy hostess/cashier who immediately engaged us and made us feel truly welcomed. Her tone and service alone will bring repeat customers to this franchise. We will go back. Oh yeah, and the milk shakes were GREAT.

Today I decided to pickup food instead of having it delivered. I also ordered more food for my boyfriend, under his name. Employees making the sandwiches and milkshakes were talking very loud about his name which I found to be very childish. Did not appreciate that at all. If you’re going to talk about someone, do it in a low tone. Theres no need to make customers feel embarrassed about something they have no control over.
Good service and the food is always good. The store is nice and clean. And the free peanuts are a plus!

Michelle and Rozelle (? Might be spelling that wrong) were both amazing! They were friendly and happy to make conversation. They definitely made me feel welcome to eat at the restaurant. And the food was fantastic as well. 5 stars all around!

Went in and ordered $50 worth of food (2 burgers, fries, two milkshakes). We were order 43, but were handed the receipt for 42. When I went to pick up 42, I noticed it wasn't mine. They took a bit to find my order number, then handed me the bag for 43, which looked good on the outside, but one of the burgers was supposed to go in the 42 bag. The fries were also cold. Milkshakes were good though!
