My husband and I have always had a good experience here but tonight we came at 7:20pm and were told we could only get the cupbap since they were closing soon. So we got two orders of the number 1 both with extra meat. We got our food about 10 mins later. It was cold and barely had any meat in it. The majority of it was rice and hard cabbage. I still recommend this place but don’t go anytime after 6:30!!

The food looked great coming out when I ordered short ribs, but there was more fat on the ribs than I would have liked. It would have been 5 stars otherwise from me.

Do not recommend the chicken cupbap Ordered the cup bap that was just a bowl full of mayo and sweet sauce, carbs, little lettuce. Meat portion ok but so much sauce i cannot see the chicken and i even scooped out some before i ate… cashier did not ask me what type of rice and charged me for to go bag when ringing me up but i did not say to go and i didnt need a bag…

I ordered the cup bap. It was a big bowl of carbs with a little bit of meat and it didn't come with the rice I ordered.

I love this place ! if I lived closer, I would eat it as much as I could afford, lol. I still go at least once a month, sometimes more! I get the number 3 chicken bowl with extra sauce & I always order 2 bowls So I can eat on them for 2 days lol Not all the time does it make it that long tho ?? I highly highly recommend! & The people are friendly and genuinely great ! Vegetarian options: The bowls are large and they don't skimp on the portions. ?
Parking: Parking can be tricky if they're busy, but if you're picking up/ carrying out, you should be fine :) It's just a small lot with other businesses in it, too. They legit have. I'd say about 7, maybe 8 parking spots for the Rice factory. So parking can be a bummer but you can always call before hand if your planning to eat in or just do carry out* This place is worth the inconvenience trust mee lol I have never been there tho where parking was a problem but I always do carry out*

Super nice lady working front and back. Japchae was awesome and well balanced w ingredients. Kimchi pancakes were awesome as well! Definitely recommend. Plates were heavy. You get your money's worth and flavor!

My husband ordered for us on DoorDash. He got the tonkatsu, and I got the kkanpung chicken. My husband’s meal was fine, pork was dry but the sauce helped a little bit. The chicken was cold, there was absolutely no warmth to it whatsoever. It tasted like it had been sitting in a refrigerator for a day or more. I had to heat it up in the air fryer. This was our first experience with this restaurant, and will most likely be the last.
Sold me refrigerated COLD shrimp fried rice for $8.00 with a hot food order! I had to literally cook it when I got home. Argh....

I lived in Korea for a year and this is the best bibimbap I have had in the US. Service was very fast and the portion size was enough to satiate a guy who often orders two entrees. I will definitely be back!
