We decided to go to KFC, ordered a large portion for the whole family, and when we got home, we were disappointed, the breading was falling off, a lot of fat, the oil was clearly not fresh, after eating 2 pieces, we just felt sick, everything looked terrible. It's not worth the money we paid.

Probably the worst KFC that I’ve ever been to I mean yes I get it it’s fast food they messed up my order they was very rude the place was filthy dirty poor service the food was terrible I strongly recommend that you never enter this KFC it was horrible

This chicken is the worst KFC ever. It’s like the fried chicken was cooked for more than a week. The chicken lacked flavor and taste. Also, location was untidy. I rate this location 1/2 a star.

Ordered this from DoorDash delivery. I'd gotten the Taste of KFC 6 piece. It arrived hot, but right away, it smelled strange and looked burned. I'd assumed it'd still taste just like any other KFC regardless, and it was just me, but omg, the other reviews are accurate. This is the worst KFC I've ever had. Ok, so let's get it right out, the process of cooking chicken at KFC is virtually entirely automated. This ensures the consistency in flavor and food quality. However, if something is off, like someone missed the timer and the chicken burned, the procedure is to throw out the batch, check the oil (or throw it out), and try again. Very standard procedures for food franchises. BUT, instead of following the procedure, this staff decided to serve the burned chicken (as if we wouldn't notice). NOW, another factor to consider with this odd smell and taste is whether the oil was "old" or contaminated by previous burned batches. If it was, in general, you could compromise the quality of the food being fried within that oil if it's not been replaced. How do I know the oil was the issue? Burned fried chicken doesn't taste like it's been stored in a pine cabinet and deep-fried in it. This chicken was NO GOOD after being fried in the bad oil. You could smell it right off. This means the negative reviews on the operations of this location are 100% accurate. The staff either don't care or are too lazy (or both) to serve food correctly. Literally, this kind of staff can destroy a franchise owners ability to retain the franchise license... which is pricy (fyi). I'd fire each and every one of the food staff and hire people who really need a job, want to work and take pride in their job. I know it's hard work to find them, but as a restaurant owner, myself, you can bet your last dollar, those people exist, and it pays to have them. Your entire livelihood and reputation are on the line, even if you're a large franchise. If they don't ditch this staff, I'd not eat there again. Seriously, this chicken I'd received is a huge indicator that the chicken you receive will likely not be any good.

Staff doesn’t wear gloves.. Staff completely ignores online orders that should be picked up with contactless delivery through drive-through, but they make you come inside and wait instead. Worst customer service ever in extremely unsanitary, not clean at all cross-contamination. Does not care at all about customers. Does not give refunds if they screw up your order even if it’s their fault. Beware, don’t spend your money here go somewhere else!
