It was an average experience in this KFC. It was a takeout. They haven't provided any dips even though we asked it during ordering. The French fries where not so crispy.

Hands down the worst tasting KFC. I’ve ever eaten at. This is the only fast food establishment on the way to Maryland 198 to hit the Baltimore Washington Parkway and head west. Twice now I’ve left my job hungry and dreading the commute. Twice I stopped there, each time Thinking it’ll be better. Fool me once shame on you. Twice, shame on me. Both times The chicken tasted like it was cooked in burned oil. The biscuits were overcooked and hard and the drink cup is 95% ice. This store must be a franchise goldmine. Because God knows they’re not spending it on the upkeep and quality of the food. Save yourself a headache. Just go to the Wawa down the street.

Don’t use the mobile app here unless you have the right skin color. This place was blatantly racist. I waited over 50 minutes for a simple meal. They kept giving the “hook ups” to people that looked like the staff. 10 groups of people were in and out in 3 minutes or less. These were not advance orders or mobile orders ahead of me. They came, they ordered, and went through. I even saw their order screen to see newest orders. I wouldn’t have made this post unless I was specifically observant here. My “order was ready” on the app for 30 minutes past the “estimated time” but they kept giving the same items from my order to people they prioritized. Absolutely Racist. What was even icing on the cake is they forgot food items as well…

Ordered here a few times through the KFC App. Food has been OK, and I don't have high expectations for the modern day KFC. The staff has been pretty nice overall. But my most recent chicken sandwich came with an unpleasant surprise inside. I don't know how someone could have dropped such a large paper tag into a chicken sandwich. I didn't think I'd have to add to the bad reviews on this place. I've been fine overall with this place till now.

I got a normal meal of a chicken sandwich some nuggets and a mac & cheese. There was a hair in my mac & cheese and a hair in my sandwich. That is absolutely disgusting and I called the manager and he basically told me that they all wear hairnets and he was gonna do nothing about it. That’s a health risk. about five minutes after finding the hair I threw up profusely and still feeling sick

My experience at the KFC in Odenton on Sunday, July 27th 4:10pm was honestly just terrible.

I was trying to order a 16-piece meal and asked the lady at the drive through “Aminatta”, which they said was the manager…for the price because it wasn’t clearly listed anywhere. She was like, “I don’t have the price in front of me,” but I proceeded with order anyway because how much can 16 piece be.

Well, I get to the window and Kaleb, the cashier, says it’s $55. I said, “Wait, what? $55??” I thought maybe he meant $15. He said no, and that the manager told me the price already. I told him she didn’t. He started arguing with me right there at the window. His whole tone was way out of line. I had to tell him to not speak with me like that.

Then the manager tells me to come inside because she’s being timed at the window. So I go in. I asked her for a pen so I could write Kaleb’s name down, and she refused to give me one. Wouldn’t even spell his name. Just walked off like I wasn’t even standing there.

And before all of that even happened, when I came in to fix my order, I asked if she could switch out the mashed potatoes for fries and she did no we are not allowed to do that. Then I watched her handle cash with one hand that had a glove on, and then grab the wax paper lining with her bare hand to fix the order …no hand washing, no fresh gloves. When I brought it up, she said they don’t wear gloves for food, just use tongs. Now I’ve worked in food service for six years. I know that’s not okay. That’s how people get sick.

The whole experience was just nasty, from the customer service to the sanitation. I definitely won’t be coming back. And honestly, someone needs to look into how this location is being run. The health department needs to pay this location a visit.

Food was trash. Order online and you still wait 30 mins for trash food. Chicken looked days old and burnt. Only 1 person working & they are very rude. Popeyes up the street is 10/10 service and chicken is 100x better.

This KFC is the worst. Not only was the chicken greasy but the grease at the bottom of the bucket was black. Only two employees was working during lunch time and no customers but me at the time. That should have told me something.
