Food was ok...needs some more TLC in presentation and addition of veggies in the entree. Disappoint ed no complimentary chips and homemade salsa to start. Service was wonderful and friendly. Great indoor and outdoor seating. I will go back but would rather go to Riverdale, MD to a spot there.

Lime and Salt is a conveniently located Mexican spot offering a variety of Mexican cuisine. I got the shrimp tacos as well as the guacamole starter. Everything was pretty okay, I wouldn't say the seasoning and flavor was amazing but for being hungry it did the job. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come here again. I know they offer outdoor music and seating which is definitely an appeal. Staff was kind but it did take a while to get a hold of anyone as they did...

Let’s start with the good:
The restaurant staff is very friendly and polite, and the cleanliness is also great.

Now for food and alcohol:
We ordered a watermelon Margarita which had a great taste, but was served on a whiskey/bourbon glass for $12, so we felt a little ripped off there.

As a Texas man from a border town, and having visited Mexico several times, the food authenticity is a bit low. So it was maybe like trying...
