First of all, this location NEVER has enough people working during dinner time. Not sure about the rest of day, but I've only been here to pick up dinner. There seems to be only two people working, maybe even one. We've been looking forward to trying the new Crazy Puff, so we made that our plan for a quick and easy dinner. We ordered three sets of Pepperoni Crazy Puffs and an order of Crazy Bread. The girl working tonight was putting and taking things out of the oven, boxing things up, and working the counter. From when I placed my order to when I was given it, it took over 40 minutes (well past the 20 minute cook time I was told in the app). When I looked at the Puffs, I couldn't tell what they were supposed to look like, so I took the order and went home. When we started eating, my son and wife noticed theirs didn't have any pepperoni in their. After this order, I can NOW tell the difference between the cheese and pepperoni ones. So, she messed up two orders of Crazy Puffs. I was annoyed about this. I opened up the bag of Crazy Bread and there were only three breadsticks instead of the 5-6 I usually get. After biting into one, I noticed it had cheese in it. So 3 of the 4 things we ordered were wrong. Not only that, but the stuffed Crazy Bread tasted like the cheese inside was well past its expiration date. So I also couldn't stomach the breadsticks. It's not like I can do anything to fix it. It takes nearly 20 minutes to get there if I wanted to complain, I'd have to drive another 20 minutes, wait another 45 minutes for replacement food, then drive 20 minutes back home. That means I would have nearly an hour and a half to eat on top of the nearly hour and a half it took to get my food the first time. It seems like I was probably given someone else's order, so this ended up screwing over some other family tonight as well. Get more people working here and/or retrain people how to read an order.

i’ve been going to this little caesar’s for a while now and usually all is well but the past 4 times i’ve went it’s been the same young guy. i walked in & he immediately heads to the back of the store to talk to other co workers about video games then after about 8 minutes he comes and takes my order and all i got was crazy bread he tells me 5-10 mins. i waited and watched him restock the ready shelf with crazy bread so i didn’t mind waiting as i thought i would be given fresh ones too for waiting 10 minutes, turns out i waited 10 minutes to be given hard stale bread . this is the second time i’ve had this exact experience with the same worker. im not sure if that’s just how he works but i have felt as if it was very personal and purposed both times that i have gotten poor quality food after waiting 15+ minutes for just crazy bread !

Great staff and service. Guy at the front counter was exceptionally friendly and kind. Pizza was what you expect from Little Caesar’s, but the breadsticks are SO BAD both times we have ordered. Unfortunate because that’s one of the best parts about the chain but there’s literally no Parmesan and hardly any butter on the breadsticks. This was the second chance we gave the location and we won’t be ordering from there again. So disappointing.

Ordered here a few times in the last couple months. Their deep dishes were about average for a LC so no major complaint there. But ordered a classic the other day, arrived within 10 mins of ordering, got home within 5 mins of that, only to realize that the pizza had probably been sitting in the store for over an hour. It wasn't warm, looked like crap, and had the consistency of rubbery cardboard. Didn't have the motivation to take it back and was hungry at the end of the workday so ate some and had the rest for leftovers over the next couple days. It was better leftover than when it was "fresh" but still pretty bad. My wife was also pretty hungry but she wouldn't touch the thing.Disappointed they'd serve an obviously old pizza. Should have checked before leaving their store but hadn't had this issue with a LC in a long time, I guess because I rarely order their standard/classic.

THE WORST LITTLE CAESARS IVE EVER BEEN TO!!! I called and calmly explained my issue with my order for pick up. Of course the CHICK who answers didn't understand what I was saying and hung up on me. After that they disconnected their phone so I wouldn't get through with a phone call. Then 15 min later I get a phone call. In order to get a refund I had to drive back and give them the pizza . Sorry but my kids were already waiting for lunch and ate some. I will call corporate on Monday. The employees need to properly be TRAINED on pizza making and customer service. They look like they don't even check what we ordered and dumped the toppings and place them straight into the oven. ITS NOT HARD TO PROPERLY DISTRIBUTE TOPPINGS ON A PIZZA!!! Come on! YOU HAVE ONE JOB!!!!

This location is run by Hispanic kids and they will prioritize their own people first. I waited to calmDown before writing this review after 3 days! We were there last Sunday to pickup an order, on our way there we had a rear-end accident so it took us a while to get there and to our Dismay!! The pizza was not ready at all after 40 mins... soo we waited another 20-30 and when we ask where's our pizza?? They have not prepared yet just because there a bunch of their people waiting inside to get their pizza! What a waste of time, so we just asked for a refund and left more upset. Do yourself a favor! Find another location!! DO NOT order here !!

First time in a long time getting pizza from Little Ceasars and I must say, they've stepped up their seasoning game! My son truly enjoyed his pizza and I loved my cheese bread sticks! The employee was extremely nice (which is rare these days) and had a welcoming smile on his face our whole encounter. The store was clean and I'd definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Pizza was pretty good. Only issues we had was the crust was way too thick on the regular pizza; it was more like a Chicago style thick and dense. The thin crust pizza wasn't cooked long enough so we couldn't find where the cuts were for pieces.
