Terrible experience. Not once but twice! Owner has uncomprimising attitude toward guests And was unwilling to make changes or compensate in anyway for my inconvenience. It’s not very often that I go spend money on outside food, and this was a total waste of my support.Food was not how I ordered it and when I got the courage to speak up, I was told they would remake it….. I waited to no avail…. Never received the corrected order. When I told the staff I was told “that’s how it always is”. I order the same thing every time and last 2 breakfasts were horrible. Eggs were the color of the pan they were cooked in… extremely scorched. I regret not taking a picture but at the time I had no intention to leave a negative review considering the state of small businesses right now. After further thought, I just couldn’t help myself. Save your time and resources and go elsewhere where your patronage will be respected and appreciated. I didn’t expect a five star restaurant, but I at least expected the food I paid for to be as described on the menu.

I recently placed a phone order and experienced poor customer service marked by negative attitudes and weak communication skills. When I gave my order, the staff member neither repeated nor acknowledged it, and she did not answer my questions. When I addressed these issues in person, she responded with attitude instead of professionalism.
When customers raise concerns about communication or service, managers and staff should listen and accept the feedback rather than argue. The level of communication I experienced was unacceptable, and based on this interaction, I do not recommend engaging with this establishment.

Eggs Benedict crab cakes is amazing. I’ve never had an Eggs Benedict taste this good! The service is great and the people are friendly. The only negative is that it’s a small and tight place.

So I have been coming here for years off and on…but TODAY will be the last! Normally greeted by a male who was super friendly and very welcoming. Other days greeted by Asian hostess also very nice! TODAY I was treated horribly by a white woman who claimed to be the manager. Just nasty, never greeted me just asked said nastily what I needed I say pick up, she says what, I repeat pick up…she says what again lol I repeat pick up…not her asking what’s my name or phone number. She then asks if I had 6 sandwich’s, yes! Like why does she have an attitude? Then my total $57 I say I thought they were $4.99. she says not for bagels only sandwiches. Ok fine. I will not spend my money in a place to be treated nasty. Never again!

For a traditional breakfast restaurant, this was perfect for my husband and me who were on our way to Virginia. Excellent service by the staff. Standard breakfast with coffee for both of us. We would go here again if we lived in the area.
