Last Tuesday. I had a guest. Very embarrassing. I spent $42.00 on a large pizza. Original crust. Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, green pepper, mushrooms, and pineapple. The dough was not cooked thoroughly and the toppings fell off. Will not take a chance again.

I love my local Papa John's. It's right around the corner from my work so I go there almost every day and it is always made to perfection (especially after I started ordering "well done"). I've only encountered one worker that was sub par but I have not seen him for a while.

Vegetarian options: The gluten free small pizza can be customized to specifics. Also there are the vegetarian bowls prepared and customized to customer specifications.
Dietary restrictions: Excellent way to get in those veggies & fruits gluten free and guilt free.
Parking: Drive through parking is excellent. The parking entrances are clearly defined, the entrance and exit entrance very spacious.

When I picked up my carryout order, it was only a one-man show. Whoever was a GM at the moment, but the timing was excellent. The food was awesome and he a.k.a. the staff was on point! This place is on the level.

Received a delivery of just breadsticks, took over an hour. Then when I received them they were undercooked. The manager said my next order was free.
then when I went to order the SAME ORDER, the manager wouldn’t offer delivery without a charge. For something that is their fault. If I was ordering more food I would understand. Terrible customer service.

The cashier followed up with us letting us know that door dash will be picking up our order. Once the door dasher picked it up she followed up with us letting us know they picked it up !! Everything else 10/10 I really appreciate the person that helped us out :) !! Thank you !!

Unlike the Papa Johns closer to Fort Meade, this location is great. I love the drive thru window, so we don't have to get out of our car. They have NEVER messed up an order and the entire staff if very friendly. This place runs more efficiently than any Papa Johns we've ever been to. Love this place!

Warning if you order extra sauces. I paid $10 in delivery fees and a good tip to not receive items I ordered. This is the 3rd time I did not receive add on items. Where is the quality control on orders. I paid $2.25 for 3 extra sauces and did not receive them. Food arrived 15 minutes after the latest expected delivery and was obviously old. I saw when the app said it was done cooking and then sat for 45 minutes. I am done with paying exorbitant delivery fees when I tip the delivery person well. I am also done being charged for items I never receive. This is stealing, fraud, and illegal. Good bye Papa Johns. You have lost another customer.
P.S. the Shakaroni is just a pepperoni pizze. I had no extra anything. Waste of mony. Save your money amf order a pepperoni pizza.
