Unlike the Papa Johns closer to Fort Meade, this location is great. I love the drive thru window, so we don't have to get out of our car. They have NEVER messed up an order and the entire staff if very friendly. This place runs more efficiently than any Papa Johns we've ever been to. Love this place!

My order took over an hour to arrive to my home and when it did my pizza was cold I had to reheat it in the oven and this location is right up the street from me also my cinnamon pull apart were dry the flavor of the food was good but when it come to delivery standards I was not impressed

Warning if you order extra sauces. I paid $10 in delivery fees and a good tip to not receive items I ordered. This is the 3rd time I did not receive add on items. Where is the quality control on orders. I paid $2.25 for 3 extra sauces and did not receive them. Food arrived 15 minutes after the latest expected delivery and was obviously old. I saw when the app said it was done cooking and then sat for 45 minutes. I am done with paying exorbitant delivery fees when I tip the delivery person well. I am also done being charged for items I never receive. This is stealing, fraud, and illegal. Good bye Papa Johns. You have lost another customer.P.S. the Shakaroni is just a pepperoni pizze. I had no extra anything. Waste of mony. Save your money amf order a pepperoni pizza.

My pizza was not very good. The sauce and hardly any cheese extended the surface of the pizza. Had to put in air fryer to warm up. I would upload a picture but I don't see option.

This used to be my go to papa johns until recently. I placed an order and when I got there to pick up, I went to the pick up window, sat there waiting for over five minutes with a staff walking by over and over, without acknowledging me. I finally signaled a customer inside and ask him to call the said staff, he continued to ignore me. I went into store and asked him why he couldn't just open the window and tell me to wait, he was in the middle of apologizing when I overheard someone else talking. I looked up to see who this person was talking to, and I see a toothless crack looking idiot talking about customers needing to wait. I asked him if he was talking to me and he responded he was talking to anyone. I told him I was the only customer, so he must have been talking to me. He proceeded to want to have a back and forth, but I realized I was wasting my precious time on an idiot. Needless to say, I will never return. Keep your shitty pizza.

Overall this papa John's is consistently good. I love that they have a drive thru -- a game changer for sure! I often swing by just to avoid getting out of the car. I just don't have anything bad to say. I've ordered from this establishment enough to get a free pie so that says something! Deducted one star bc once in a while i sit at the drive thru before being noticed. I hate bothering them but I'm like LOOK AT ME. The employees are friendly and if you wave, tap on the glass, or call they'll respond.

Save your time and a headache and don't order from the Odenton, Maryland store. They delivered our meal to the wrong address and continued to lie for 40 minutes about why we didn't have our order. We saw a post in our neighborhood community they had delivered to wrong address and had picture. We called the store again (3rd time calling and 1 hour 38 minutes later....). The staff and the person who claimed to be a manager never apologized, never offered to remake our meal, never offered to refund. When we told this so called "manager" that we expected a refund, her combative response was "You do"?? Every person I spoke with had a lackadaisical attitude so do yourself a favor and go to one of these, Pizza Hut, Dominos, Angelina's, or Mama Romas which all are within a 1-5 mile radius from this store! The kicker isn't eating cold 2 hour old pizza and wings but the fact, a manager, and 2 other Papa John employees could not even express an apology and fix the problem.

I placed an order at 6pm, didn’t receive my order till 8pm. My order was wrong and missing items. I called to ask for the missing items. They told me to kick rocks or pick it up from the store. This is the last time I’m ordering Papa John’s in my life.

We placed an online order, and after an hour and a half, we called. They had no idea where our order was. They thought it was delivered, but I have two "alarm dogs" who would have told us. Guy was apologetic but completely clueless.
