Oh man got food poisoning from. Here last night the pizza wasn’t bad but getting rice and chicken from a pizza joint place was the dumbest thing I’ve ever done

The Brand New Swag
When I used to live in the area, I used to come to this place a lot during the weekend back in 2023 and 2024, It was usually to get some late night dinner after work, maybe a pizza or a cheesesteak sandwich. The workers there are obviously foreigners who don't have the best english, and sometimes they can have an attitude, especially over the phone. However, I won't hold it against them entirely since they do not give me hell.
My biggest complaint about them is that before I moved out of the area this year, they started closing their doors way earlier than usual, or at least stopped taking orders. When it says as advertised that you close at 1AM on the weekends, why are you closing your doors at 12:20AM? I can understand if its 10 minutes early, but 30 or 40 minutes early is unacceptable. Change your hours if you really can't handle staying open that late.
Other than that, the food was good for what it was, You're not getting fancy gourmet eatery or anything similar to that, just something that will satisfy you if you like pizzas and subs. I would eat an entire small pizza with toppings (sometimes it could be plain cheese), a cheesesteak (sometimes with crispy fries which are addicting to eat from what I remember, or with potato wedges from Royal Farms), or a calzone. I also remember buying cheesesteak fries which are pretty tasty, even if it's just thrown together. I don't know how I am still skinny after all that food. Only item I would not recommend are the wings, either bone-in or boneless. They're aren't too good in my opinion, pretty stiff.
Other than, even though this place had some flaws, I do miss it for what it was. It seems like I always have a liking for late night food no matter what occasion. Maybe I'll be back soon, I don't know, lol.

The pizza was ok but the chicken Alfredo was horrible. I emailed the email you provided and there hasn’t been a reply. I would love a xl pizza just pepperoni for the pasta I took 1 bite and threw away

Although I always get delivery I can’t say anything about inside. I’ve always gotten good service, quick delivery. Tonight the delivery was supposed to arrive at 9:45 it’s now 10:25 and nowhere in sight. I did call at 10:05 the lady said oh 10 more minutes. So far nothing yet. Disappointed.

Normally I would give this location a 5/5 any day of the week because they are truly exceptional every time and I order here frequently. Tonight was a very different story and I'm disappointed with the service and would love for you to make it right. My order was promised by 1030pm and I waited an extra 10 mins buffer to be polite. I called after that and was told that the system sometimes says it's delivered when it hasn't been delivered yet if the timer passes like 30 mins. I was even okay with that but when the food arrived, it did not come with the soda I ordered and I was offered a different warm soda from a dirty cloth bag but it was the only one he had so I accepted it. My sub had tomato on it which I didn't order and unfortunately can't eat. My fries were room temp which was probably the most disappointing part since they typically arrive piping hot, and to add icing to the cake I didn't even get a single apology in any of this. Bolis, you can do SO MUCH BETTER and I'd hate to pick a new takeout place because of this. Not writing it off yet, but please improve from this.

They false advertise they have bacon cheese fantastic fries which clearly say on the online menu that it comes with a blend of pizza cheese , cheddar cheese sauce and bacon bits and it clearly doesn’t I’ve ordered it twice and both times only cheddar cheese sauce and bacon bits even though when I placed the order I asked to make sure the manager said it comes with pizza cheese and cheese sauce and then when I call to address the problem now all of a sudden that’s not what it comes with that the website is wrong he said this is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Please tell me where this looks like what is advertised on their menu ???? It shows 2 cheeses on the menu but my actual food does not I refuse to continue to give them my money when they are trying to scam people for extra money in their pocket.

Food is really good. The people there are very understanding and kind and they helped me with choosing what to get because they’re are so many great options.
I'm nearly a minor, and the delivery person was very weird… just disgusting. He asked me questions like, “You wouldn’t mind age?” “Can I take you to the movies?” “You’re very pretty? “ (I already told him my age and told him I wasn’t interested in a relationship.) It's very disgusting. I think the food can be decent sometimes, but for my safety, I’m not ordering from there anymore.
I think his name was something like three letters I can remember… but he’s Indian I believe, don’t let him deliver that’s so disgusting.. my mom was even added out, we have cameras as well and she watched the whole interaction.

Pizza was good.
Mozzarella sticks were small and awful. The cheese inside was solid instead of gooey. Nothing like the picture. I could have just bought frozen Mozzarella sticks that are better than these. And you just get a tiny sample of dipping sauce.
Also the online delivery tracker never updates, even when i refresh the page. The order was delivered even though it says my order is stoll being prepped in the kitchen.

Pizza and wings were good. I wish the wings would have been a little crispier, but the flavor was great. Fresh, quality ingredients were used, and that is probably why the price was a little higher than larger national pizza places
