The charger 50 cents for small package of sauce even though I purchase lot of chicken

Nice place, nice service. Every now and then the frozen drinks machines don't work, but overall well run.

My husband orders the pickle glaze chicken sandwich often. But when I drive thru, Ive been told 4 separate times they don't have it. Its been about 2 weeks; I placed an online order for the pickle glaze sandwiches. And when I arrived for my order, was told they don't have it and was offered spicy chicken sandwiches. There was nobody behind me; so I said let me call mg husband and make sure he's ok with the substitution. The drive thru worker got all huffy and puffy, closed the windows. Thankfully my hubs was prompt and OK, so I asked if there was a price difference. The drive thru worked said no, shoved the bag at me and closed the window. Also your phone number is disconnected. As a bartender and in the food service industry, I try to be courteous and professional; but this has me pretty irritated to say the least.

This location always seems to never pack your entire order, and don’t bother calling because the number on file isn’t a working number which is odd.

They can’t count I asked for three tenders they gave me four and they was spicy that I didn’t ask for… and only gave us one sauce for what we had
They can’t speak English like what are we doin same order every time and some how they mess up every time and she repeated the order back and still didn’t give us everything that comes with the order 🍟 are trash if they don’t got papers remember trump in office it’s crazy just 2 years ago Popeyes everyone worked there now it’s only one group 🤨

The cashier at the drive thru was extremely rude. She scanned my app to pay for my meal and after she took my points, refused to give me the food and insisted I pay for it. She took 800 points from my account and would not delete the transaction and was completely unhelpful. Then, when I asked for the manager, she smirked and lied saying the manager wasn’t there. She was completely rude and unhelpful for no reason. Eating here is a waste.

I think I stuffed myself with a lot of chicken I ate that day, I grabbed it eagerly, I was just hungry, but other than that I liked the chips.

It was a uberEats 63$ order... for second time you forgot a large Cajun fries! I call the restaurant but they don't answer.

Popeye's has new ownership according to the staff. Prices have been increased and the no longer give a senior discount. I love Popeyes chicken & I was a loyal customer. They need more value meals and they need to bring the senior discount back. As of today, I will be getting my fried chicken from Royal Farms or at the grocery store deli. Service is slow & you have to check your order before leaving to make sure the got it right. I will no longer get my chicken from Popeyes & I love the chicken even though it's not as good as getting it in New Orleans also bring the green beans back because now all you offer is high carb food with no nutritional balance.
