The customer service is trash they always and I mean always have to remake my drink, the bathrooms are always dirty they will hand you a drink full of milk, or whatever on the cup no napkins ..I've tried to give them several opportunities because it's literally 3 min from my home but I rather ride to Crofton.

I think this place earn a 5/5 because of the 2 older female employees( not sure of their names) they're sooooo fast and always make the drinks right!!. Each one is equivalent to like 3 employees working 😅. Their customer service is excellent! Without them, this place is 👎.

If you are an alt or anything that gets judged for how you look, do not go here. The white old ladies were incredibly rude. When I came up, they both stopped to stare at me and one looked me up and down. When I said “whenever you get a chance, could I get a cup of ice please?” She gave me attitude, saying okay but I need to go up to the front and order it. I just ignored that because I was already having a rough day but then she put it out and told me again “next time go to the front and order it”. They then proceeded to whisper and look over at me constantly. I understand you wanting someone to order it at the front but it is unnecessary to give a guest attitude and say it TWICE. I would be written up if I was rude like that to a guest. You can kindly say it ONCE and I’ll apologize but I have no doubt in my mind that the reason I was spoken to like that was because of my piercings and outfit especially because they had a sweet voice and act so kind to everyone else.

Personally, I would never recommend that you would go to a Starbucks that is not in an independent Starbucks location. A Giant Starbucks is run by giant employees and only use the giant rewards program so you’re not able to use your Starbucks rewards at a Giant Starbucks. yes, I am aware that this is a harsh review for something as simple as utilizing my Starbucks app, however, these are reward points that are earned
The morning shift is constant and get orders perfect but because it's a giant store they can't keep employees and I've actually been there twice in one month and it was closed at 2 pm.
