Felt the need to leave a review because this place had a pretty low rating, but we decided to try it out anyway after seeing most people’s complaints were with the customer service and not the food itself. Had a perfectly average and positive experience here like I’d expect at any average subway(at least what you’d hope to expect). The service was good and I was pleased to find the steak wasn’t nasty as I’ve found some places occasionally serving nasty batches of steak...

I would give them a zero stars if I could. The staff are extremely rude and I had a terrible experience. They had an attitude making my sandwich and put the wrong items. When I asked them to remake my sandwich politely, the said no and if they did I would have to pay for both sandwiches.

Usually you can’t expect much from a subway restaurant but this one in Piney Orchard really went over the top with the high quality sub and customer service was TOP-NOTCH. I will only go to this subway from now on, oh and the cookies were DELICIOUS!
