Since I found out about this place, I have been here probably ten times. Always the food is excellent. It's like home cooked food without having to clean up the mess, or going to a restaurant without having to deal with all the fanfare. Yes, there was a time a couple months ago where heating was an issue, but they brought in a space heater to help. The heating now appears to have been fixed. Coffee isn't fantastic, doughnuts are fresh and amazing, and the breakfast sandwiches need a little more flavor but are pretty solid after we add Old Bay (we we bring with us like the crazy Marylanders we are). They use plastic utensils so we always bring our own.
I’ve been to this place twice. The customer service has been great. Especially the young guy who works there. The coffee and food are wonderful. I only take away stars for the cleanliness and it’s FREEZING inside. Maybe that’s good for selling hot coffee but it’s definitely not inviting. Also, I’d recommend replacing some of the tables with a couch or something more resembling a coffee shop. It’s feels pretty sterile and not in a good way. When we were there today...
