Aji sushi Japanese steak & sushi bar

This is the best Sushi spot in the area and perhaps in the state of Maryland. They are innovative and attentive and always bring a unique perspective to their rolls and appetizers. The spicy Edamame and the Fried Banana are what dreams are made of. Crystal is a fantastic owner and extremely nice. I fully recommend this restaurant.

Great service, all the staff members are so nice and welcoming. Its my second time visiting this location. The food was delicious amazing decorations on every sushi plate we had. The fish are very fresh. My wife love the hibachi very tasty. They have a lot more options in the menu. This will be our regular sushi spot.

We had friends come visiting us out of town. Of course Aji sushi ask always, they had the best sushi in town. Look how fresh the fish is and their presentation is always good even with take out. If you have party order from their restaurant it’s looking outstanding. My friends love their sushi and we have great time together.

Good food good service, I love how fresh their fish, the tuna taste so fresh. It’s the best sushi restaurant in the area. The presentation is outstanding with the light and deco. Definitely I will go back with my family again.

I like the food here. It’s clearly good quality. Employees are nice But oftentimes this place comes across inorganized. Long waits, awkward problems with their credit card machines, lack of communication. Ordering take out shouldn’t be as much of a headache. I feel like going to this place on a Friday night would be an even bigger headache.

Absolutely the best sushi I have had in many years. I love it. Fried oysters were super good, I don't usually eat oysters, but I loved them. Also I had the best Philadelphia roll!!!

The food was really good, and the presentation of the sushi clearly showed the effort put into preparing the dish. The quality of the sushi was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the tuna, which was super fresh and buttery; it was just amazing. Additionally, the price was pretty reasonable; I paid about $40 for what is shown in the photo. The server was very knowledgeable about the menu and the types of fish, which is important because different areas of the fish taste different.

This place is really awesome. Everything is fresh and the service is amazing. They also give you a house app which is really cool. While I was in town for three days I ate here twice, definitely would go back.

My wife and I were itching for a sushi fix and i started to Google some places near Columbia that we haven't tried yet and this place came up. So let me first off by saying, the service itself was pretty good, the server was nice however i had to ask for extra napkins like 3 times but whatever no big deal. We order apps, fried shrimp shumai and Daisy shrimp, both were bland and not something i would order again or recommend. On to the main course, the sushi! So we ordered the Champion Roll, Maryland Roll, and Owings mills roll. They were unbelievably bland, i mean absolutely no taste whatsoever ? I was pissed because the entire time we were discussing all the good sushi we have eaten and some of our favorite places which is not in Maryland so we don't have the luxury of just going there for sushi or else we would have. If you want some great sushi i would not recommend this place, go elsewhere! And thank me later

I came in just for a pick up order but was attended very promptly, the food came out very quickly and even was given an appetizer on the house. Over all I was sad too see not more people in there because it seems like an incredible place.
