Rude staff. Web site and door say one closing time but when we arrive well before that time the doors are locked.
Out of chocolate chip and many other flavors on a regular basis. They do not answer their phone! How are you going to special order a cake?

Overall clean. However, little choice of ice creams. A small place to sit.

Their website says that they are open till 11:00 PM. Services include Dine-In. The hours posted on the door says they close at 10:00 PM. I was there at 9:30 PM and the front door was locked! There was an employee inside who gestured for me to come to drive-thru. If I wanted to go through drive-thru I would not have gotten out of my car in sub zero weather. Either change your hours on your website and on your door or live up to your posted hours.

The pumpkin cheesecake ice cream here is really good. I was shocked. The staff definitely prioritize the Dunkin side but to be expected I guess. Other flavors depends on what you like.

The staff member that helped me around 6:00pm on 9/10/2024 was very kind. Ice cream was good as usual. Shop was clean. Overall great experience.

Horrible all around

Horrible milkshake with ice in the ice cream (freezer burn) and horrible customer service looking to cheat you out of your money on multiple occasions.

This place is filthy. Tables are all nasty. Floor is nasty. Bathrooms are nasty. Staff is rude. Prices are high. Never go here. Worst Dunkin Baskins ever.

If I could do ZERO STARS, I would in an instant!!!!!!!This is THE WORST Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to in my 40 years on this earth. EVERY OTHER TIME I go, they give me the wrong drink and insist that it is right. I order my lattes with skim milk and every other visit, they give me whole milk and insist that it is skim. Would YOU like to pay for and consume something that you dont like???? During my last (AND FINAL) visit, yet again, they give me my latte with WHOLE MILK eventhough on the mobile order it EXPLICITLY SAYS SKIM. I take a sip before I drive away and low and behold, it is WHOLE MILK. I tell the guy at the drive through it is not skim, then the manager comes over and ARGUES WITH ME saying that it is SKIM and that "he will not make 2 drinks for me everytime i go there." Who was asking you to make 2 drinks for me?? How about this, make it right the FIRST TIME and you won't have to make a second one. I am convinced that the Pakistanis that run this DD are ANTI-SEMETIC and I will be telling everyone I know about my experience and will be urging them NOT TO GO THERE. This is HORRIBLE customer service and if I am paying for a product, it should be made CORRECTLY. I will be contacting corporate today and WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hate to be that guy, but if I could I’d give negative stars. I ordered two sundaes for my son and myself. One was a brownie Sunday which ended up being two scoops of some weird fruity ice cream and peanut butter. My sons was missing all toppings and my drink was spoiled. Phones were ignored and door dash offered me a $5 refund. I paid $40 for 4 scoops of disgusting ice cream with no toppings and a spoiled drink. Good job guys, shame on me for not checking your reviews first.
