Bellagio Wings & Pizza

Very terrible service. Placed an order online and they gave me the wrong food. Said it was my fault because their receipt didn’t match mine from my online order…what does that mean? They gave me the wrong order! This isn’t the first bad run in…wouldn’t recommend

I got the cheeseburger pizza and the Asian salad.

I would say the pizza is the worst I've had in northern Baltimore county up to this point.

The pizza is supposed to have ground beef and bacon. I think they skimped on the toppings because all I could taste was cheese, crust, and sauce. Either that or the toppings are so tasteless that I didn't notice them. I think it was the former although since they tend to put the toppings under the cheese in these parts I couldn't well tell. I did get a bit of stringy bacon though, so the little they are using does not seem to be nice. Maybe a bit of both? Cheap and tasteless ingredients as well as not much of them?

That wouldn't be so bad if the base was good, but it wasn't. The crust was marginal, the sauce was too sour.

The Asian salad was... warm. Interesting choice for a salad, but it doesn't really work. It was also doused with some sort of oil. I think sesame oil, but who knows. It ended up looking and tasting oily and soggy. A far cry from the fresh and sharp-looking vegetables on the image.

Overall an unpleasant meal. It was a little cheaper than usual, but not by much. Maybe 10% less than the expensive places.

Unfortunately, I had an extremely dissatisfying experience with Bellagios. I usually order from them but I will not be anymore. On June 22, I ordered a chicken cheesesteak, chicken tenders and fries and a chef salad. Upon eating half of the cheesesteak, there was a STAPLE found in my food. I have a two year old and I am thankful I was not sharing my food with him at the time. I then had to check his chicken tenders and fries to ensure he wouldn’t ingest a staple that shouldn’t have been there. When I contacted the establishment for a refund only for the cheesesteak because I thought that was reasonable given everything else seemed to be fine. Then, they attempted to offer me a 5% discount on my next order as if there wasn’t already a 5% discount online. When I informed them that this was not going to work and just refund me for the cheesesteak, it became a whole mess. It is now June 23 and The owner still has not contacted me. I then open my chef salad for lunch today, only to find a BUG. I reached out for a full refund at this point and still have not heard anything back. Do better!

Bragged to my grandson about how good the pizza was so imagine my surprise when the dine-in service sucked. Have ordered many times for delivery. I ordered a med pizza, and two can sodas which came to under 20.00 but when I asked for two cups of ice I was told that they had to charge me for it….and was told that everything costs. Finally they said that they could give me one cup of ice…which never made it to my table. So disappointed

The steak sandwich I ordered was full of fat The worst sub,I ever experienced, please do eat there, customer service terrible. I bought two sandwiches,please go somewhere else for good food.

OK SO THIS PLACE DOESNT EVEN DESERVE A ONE STAR THEY MADE AND GAVE ME THE WRONG ORDER THEN LIED AND SAID THE MANAGER WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO COULD FIX THE MISTAKE THE LIE WAS THE MANAGER WASNT THERE THEN IN THE NEXT BREATH THEY WOULD CONNECT ME TO HIM THEN THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE AND THEY PICK IT UP AND HANG IT UP THERE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE FOOD ISNT GOOD AT ALL SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

We received 3 salads 2 grill chicken bad letter, cold chicken and onions that where are the outside skin of an onion.

That was the most delicious gyro I've ever had!!!! The onion rings were excellent as well! I would highly recommend and I will definitely make a return trip5/5

Food has always been good, I can’t complain about that. But I paid for delivery and the delivery driver calls me from outside my building and tells me he won’t physically deliver to my apartment because ‘the building is too big’. It’s an apartment building. Do you ask people who live in a house to come outside and grab their food because the driveway is too long? If I pay for delivery, I want it delivered. There’s too many extra fees to not have it brought to your door.

Pizza was horrible today . It was not fully cooked and the sauce tasted horrible . It is not edible . Went in trash The person that answered the phone could not understand us but the pizza was the worse one we have ever gotten anywhere . Disapointed I have always ordered and received great food till today . We never take food back . We just never go there anymore .
